Excerpt: I've bought four of these phones for my office over the past couple of years. We have four employees and three phone lines, with voicemail handled by the phone company, and this works nicely with that setup. We can intercom from one phone to another, transfer calls, join two phones to conference with one caller, and so forth. Connecting new ones is a breeze--just plug it in, assign it an extension number, and you're set.
Summary: The phone's are use daily for our office. You can't use the speaker phone do to bad static and people complain not hearing you when you are on speaker. You can't put a multiple people on hold at the same time. I don't care for this phone and will not recommend it to anyone.
Excerpt: Ordered 4 phones and had to replace one for very poor speaker phone quality. Occasionally, the sound will deteriorate, even when not on speaker feature, for a bit and then resumes. The weakest part of this phone is speaker feature.
