Summary: We have 5 of these TS4100B Panasonic phones in our office for over 8 years and they're still working very well. The built-in intercom and speakerphone are very solid and the phones are nicely designed. There is a small lag on pressing a key and having it register occasionally, but this is no major drawback. After 8 years, 2 of the phones need some repair on the speakerphones, but that's it. Otherwise they still look brand new.
Pros: Inexpensive, Compact, Easy to use, Durable, Exceeded expectations, Convenient, beautifully designed
Summary: The phone has no indication when a phone line is being used. This I feel is a stupid way to produce a multi line phone. When you need a phone line you must pick up a line and just hope that the line isn't in use.
Summary: This phone is definitely great for a small business. It is very reliable and the sound quality is very good. The handset is very comfortable for longer talk sessions. It is very useful for conference calling sessions. I have found it pretty useful and reliable inspite of all the below average reviews I have read before purchase. For the price and features, this set is worth it.
Pros: Reliable, Great sound quality, Comfortable Handset
Summary: I was looking for a phone with a 2.5mm jack so I can use a headset for my customer service job. This phone fit most of my list of needs: backlighted screen, loud volume, buttons for headset;hold;mute, speed dial. The only thing it doesn't have is caller-id. I only have 1 line so I haven't used the 4 line, intercom and transfer functions. Panasonic makes good phones, better than those AT&T one which are actually Vtech phones in disguise.
Pros: AC powered with battery backup. Buttons for everything. nice volume
