Summary: I bought this copier for my middle school classroom because the school provides a miserly number of copies each month. I was skeptical...Would it be dependable? How economical would the toner be? How difficult and expensive would repairs be, if needed?
Summary: In my office environment we used to spend thousands of dollars a year for maintenance and service contracts for copiers. We decided to get rid of all of those and buy these copiers. They work perfectly every single time.
Summary: If you wish to have an efficient printer, this is not the way to go. You will waste tons of time rearranging printouts, as the default appears to be last page first. Even a small job of, say, 30 pages will take some time to rearrange. Occasionally we need to print 300pp.
Summary: This is a good choice for us; we've used it at the church for three years with no hassle. Of course, lately, there has been a tendency for it to register a paper jam, when there really isn't one - but that's it in three years. Nothing seriously wrong, good production, works fine.
Summary: Hello people, It's been several months since I bought this printer, I sent to my brother in Florida and my brother was sent to Haiti. The printer supports more than 3 months before I get because there was a problem of a customs landing in Port-au-Prince.
Summary: This is a high quality black/white toner copier. It copies single-sided or duplex. The images are sharp. The documentation says that the toner cartridge that comes with the copier is good for 2300 copies, but unfortunately the copier has no counter to tell you how many copies you have made.
