Features

The Thermador SGSX365CB features a 1 - 15,000 BTU burner on a cooking surface that accomodates cookware in multiple shapes and sizes simultaneously. The surface allows for movement on continuous, cast-iron grates and provides maximum usable cooking space. The 200 BTU/HR ExtraLow features gives users a range of low temperature settings for maximum control over what is being cooked. The 200 BTU/hr ExtraLow Flame cycles on and off based on timing. True simmering is achieved by controlling the flame cycle, thus reducing hot spots and burning. The SGSX365CB has patented Star Burner that provides flame spread, faster time-to-boil and rapid recovery time. Another feature on the cooktop is that cookware can span 2 burners through its continuous cast-iron grates.
