Summary: great heat control. The small burner sautes very well with a true simmer setting. The large burner gets a pasta pot boiling prety fast. Only knock is that the stainless scratches easily so be careful cleaning it - use a soft rag.
Summary: As with another reviewer, I upgraded to this model from a contractor's special cooktop after a burst pipe in our kitchen forced a major remodel. Hell, insurance was paying for it, so I was going to get what I wanted! Yeah, if I could've gotten the 36" version into our space, I would've.
Gets really messy looking after every use. Takes a long time to boil.

Summary: I thought I wanted the look of a stainless steel cooktop, but I now regret this purchase. If there is any splatter, which happens often, this cooktop looks terrible. The shiney surface magnifies everything.
Summary: Bought this to replace an old style cooktop for my new granite island that looks out into my great room. I like the low profile and beautiful stainless steel finish. I cook for a family of six on a regular basis, and so far this stove meets and exceeds my expectations.
Summary: I bought this Bosch cooktop for a major kitchen remodel one year ago. This evening, as I was cleaning up after dinner, I thought to myself how happy I am with it, and decided to post a review. After a year, I can give it 5 stars with no hesitation --- I love it. It's great looking, to begin with.
Summary: There's much to like in this top-rated cooktop. There also are a few things that could be better. First, the plusses: five burners, simmer and quick-boil burners, stylish for a kitchen update, good value.
Summary: I'd ordered this unit from Lowes. We had been doing a minor kitchen remodel and the contractors removed the old cooktop the day before delivery. The lowes unit was damaged and they couldn't get us another one for a couple of weeks.
