Speed up my EEEpc

Paul B., Newegg
19 April 2014
  • Pros: Works great and added a good amount of speed to my eeePc
  • Cons: First one was defective and RMA takes considerable amount of time(more than 2 weeks). Also Newegg expects you to pay return shipping, DON'T! Call Newegg and tell them to send you a UPS label and they will.

  • Summary: I think this is probably just a bad stick and am having it replaced. Will update this review once the new stick arrives
  • Pros: When the computer warmed it up and it worked it worked well to speed up my Asus netbook.
  • Cons: Defective memory that crashed or rebooted on startup until computer warmed it up. Assuming it was a poor solder connection that was completed by thermal expansion allowing it to work properly when warm.
