Summary: I bought these to use with an ASUS P8Z77-I motherboard and i3-3245 cpu. These are on the ASUS memory compatibility list so I wasn't expecting any problems I installed them, selected the X.M.P. profile in the BIOS and they were up and running at 2000@10-10-10-27 1.5v.
Pros: It's Corsair DDR3 2000 speed at only 1.5v Stable
Pros: Build: Biostar HiFi A85W AMD A6-5400k 3.6GHz FM2 Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3-2000 Samsung 830 Series 128GB SSD Seasonic S12II 430B 430-Watt PS Windows 8 Consumer Preview Great memory as usual from Corsair. It's memory, it works, and it's worth the extra money for peace of mind.
Pros: Nice heat spreaders: they look good and I haven't managed to make the chips run hot at all; highly responsive: with four of these in parallel I'm more likely to get a bottleneck off my CPU, which is a Phenom II X4 975 (i.e. not a slow processor); stable, as I haven't managed to hang this system e...
Pros: Very happy with this RAM so far. Stays really cool with those awesome heat spreader, even with the volts way up! Also they look sick inside of my XION Predator case.
Cons: When I received the RAM I slapped it in, But had one heck of a tome trying to get it to post at 2000Mhz. It took me seven days to get it at a nice speed of 1800Mhz. I know it is not the RAM's fault. Guess it is time for a new MOBO.
Summary: Using a P7P55 LX-- Asus makes the best motherboards... I really have to give it to Corsair on this product, you really bring a lot of power at such a low price, this is IDEAL for every builder capable of ddr3 speeds at 2133 or below, it will program ALL settings and voltage for you, allowing SUPER...
Pros: I'm a custom builder, done over 100 machines. You absolutely can't do better than Asus + XMP profile capable Ram. What makes the Corsair product so overwhelming is that it isn't too out of DDR3 threshold in terms of power, and manages to produce out of the box stability and crazy performance at a...
Pros: -Very responsive memory -Good for multitasking -System never hangs even if 95% of memory is used.. which shocked me. -Scored 7.8 on Windows rating! (.1 off the maximum rating!) -Cool looking headspreaders -Easily over-clockable
Cons: Was a pain getting out of the package, not gonna take an egg off for that.
