Pros: 1. Beautiful clean looking case. 2. Huge with plenty of working space. 3. Good cable management. 4. Front loading drives (bottom three are hot swappable). 5. Good air flow design. 6. Low mounted PSU. 7. Nice blue LED power light.
Cons: Side panels are a little flimsy but it's not a big deal. Helps keep the weight down I guess since this thing is heavy.
Summary: do we really need the removable power supply feature? did make putting it in easier i guess
Pros: great looking case. thumb screws on everything. i read somewhere that the cover on the front ports didnt close flushed, mine is perfect. the ring of blue light around the power button is awesome, not too bright at all. the cable routing behind the mobo tray is pretty good.
Cons: finger prints, yes. the only ways to improve this thing; make the mobo tray removable and do away with the feet on the bottom. they look nice but can be awkward (read: i dont mean just take them off, there are air intakes on the bottom, this is what needs changing)
Summary: Too bad this is going away when the build is finished. I want this case for myself:)
Pros: This is the nicest case I have had to do a build in! Thumbsrews for the 5.25 inch bays and expansion slots, pull out hot swap bays with pins to hold drives in place, plenty of room for running cables with holes to hide them with, and room spots for adding another 4 large cooling fans if needed. J...
Cons: Would like to see some snap in motherboard standoffs with this case, however, this is still a well thought out and crafted design.
Summary: Hot Swap is also available for sale, to have all 6 bays hotswappable.
Pros: I love the drive cages and the hot swap board. This was originally intended as a server but I ended up converting to my workstation. I only connected 1 sata port on the hotswap bay and I put several different o/s on the other drives and swap them out. The motherboard backplate is well laid out an...
Cons: My only grievance is that the hard drives heat up when the bays are populated. (I originally hoped to use this as the server) Its not a big deal but I wish I could find a fan to fit on the bottom of the cage. My temps were about 108 to 120 on the drives (IR probe)
Pros: The quality of construction is top notch. As another reviewer wrote - why don't other companies put this kind of thought into their computer products. Although this case could be used in any application, I am building this one into a full small business server. The hot swap hard drive bays are id...
Cons: Having to buy the second hot swap panel for the other three drive bays may upset some people. I'm only doing a three disk RAID 5 array so not a problem for me.
Pros: Just wanted to say this is my second case. Have had the first one for about 6 months, I fell in love with this case, I replaced my Chenbro Spider 2 with it. The extra room makes it a breeze to install upgrades. For the price you cannot beat this case. Get one or two. Newegg rocks.....
Pros: Finally someone puts a SATA backplane for hard drives, the hidden space in back of mobo helps cable management big time. Bought this for my skulltrail build and coupled with Zalmans water cooling and 1K PSU this is a silent beast!
Summary: I am specifically buying a bigger desk for this computer so it can fit!
Pros: Nice and big. The PSU rail system is nice. The screws are all spring loaded and don't detach from the case so there's no need for a screw driver... and you can't lose the screws either. Overall it's a very attractive case. Gotta love the hot swap bays too. Comes with 2 fans. Great case.
Cons: The glossy plastic shows dust and scratches very easily. There are 3 places at the bottom of the case where you're able to put fans, but 2 of them are covered. One with the PSU and the other with hard drives. I can't for the life of me figure out how to fit fans in such a small space. Maybe I'm j...
