  • Pros: -Roomy -Good Looking -Easy setup I like everything about the case, really don't have any complaints

Great Case, great fan

Laurie L., Newegg
30 June 2012
  • Summary: Overall, a great case. The problem with the door isn't so bad, and getting another fan is just annoying but you would probably do that anyways unless it came with three or more. The fact that it has only 4 total fan spaces doesn't matter because of the airflow, and I myself can run it cool with just...
  • Pros: Lots of space Not a cheap built in fan (on the Thermaltake site it is listed with 1500rpm and only 17dBLs) Not very expensive Looks really nice Front fan slot has a dust filter Tool-less installation is very helpful for expansion slots, CD/DVD drives and Video cards Side X-window to see the insid...
  • Cons: Tool-less installation for HD is not super secure, but it holds No cable management Door opens toward the window side, so you need to reach around it to open it Pre-installed fan is in the back but the filter only goes in the front, so you would want an intake fan

Very good, Very reliable

Jesse B., Newegg
14 May 2012
  • Summary: I've owned this case since 2008. It's given me a great service and very little problems if any. It's carried me through AMD's Dragon Platform and now it's holding the HD7950. That beast of a videocard fits, but I've had to move the HDD's out of the way. Crossfire is going to be difficult.
  • Pros: -Spacious enough -Piano black finish -4 120mm fan mountings (1 rear, 2 side, 1 front) -Sturdy -Great air flow
  • Cons: -No cable management -The HDD mounts face to back of the case like most convetional cases.

Lovely Case! 5 eggs.

Onesimo G., Newegg
29 March 2012
  • Summary: I have this going with my old Asus P4P800SE Socket 478 Pentium 4 2.8c overclocked by 12.5% and the processor idles at around 32-34C in the case.
  • Pros: Awesome case. I have 4 120mm Thermaltake fans going in it. 3 LEDs blowing air in and 1 NON-LED blowing air out the back and boy does it look nice. My Motherboard temp idles t around 30C. -Looks awesome -Large window -Spacious -Sturdy -Filter on front fan port to help prevent dust from entering -V...
  • Cons: No cons. Thermaltake is an awesome manufacturer.

User Review

Lucas S., Newegg
6 November 2011
  • Summary: This is an overall great case for anyone's first time building something.
  • Pros: I ought this case over a year ago for a budget case and I had full intentions to upgrade it whenever I had the chance to do so. Well I love this case, I've had it for a year and I haven't planned on getting rid of it. There are spots for 4 120mm fans if you want them, there's an awesome tool less...
  • Cons: - My audio ports in the front did not work from the start. - The USB ports for the case are on the right side, which is an inconvenience because the window is on the left, so my computer is on my right. - The door open from the right, so it's a hassle to get to my optical drives. - Flimsy tool le...

Good Case

Anonymous, Newegg
27 September 2011
  • Summary: I picked this up at a local outlet out of desperation once I discovered my Dell Inspiron 545 case front panel connector wasn't going to work with my new motherboard from Newegg. I would have ordered it here, but I was anxious to get my new rig up and running and didn't want to wait for shipping.
  • Pros: Vary large, so there's enough room for a nice custom build. Looks pretty sweet (see below on cons for looks), side panel is nice and big for a good view of the internals. The plexiglass side panel also doesn't seem as delicate as others I've seen. The front door is nice if you don't like having y...
  • Cons: (NITPICK WARNING) Inside of case is not painted, so you see the dull silver steel inside from the side panel. The front door could be a pain for those who use their optical drives and/or internal card reader a lot. USB and front audio ports are actually on the front right side, so if the tower si...

Great case

Manabu M., Newegg
27 September 2011
  • Pros: It's big and has tons of room to work with. Can see inside of the case
  • Cons: The door should open the other way. Front fan is kind of hard to get to. Cheap exhaust fan

Great Case

Anonymous, Newegg
12 July 2011
  • Summary: If the hard drive bays were on swivel design allowing you to install the hard drive then turn it inward into a locked position. This would make installation a breeze, and make the case a true keeper for the ages.
  • Pros: The case has a beautiful design to it. Personally the major reason I bought this case was based on the hard drive bays, fan sizes, steel material, and it had fans without lights on it. The windowed design is good and allows you to see dust bunnies floating around. A great indicator for you to ope...
  • Cons: This is not truely a con. Personally These day I could do with two or even three drive bays [DVD, etc]. I only used one. This would allow for more hard drive bays. Sometimes it can be difficult to install the hard drives considering how big the video cards have gotten over the years.

Legit!1!!

Kyle M., Newegg
3 May 2011
  • Summary: It sucks at making me sammiches. I mean, I left it alone with all the supplies and after an hour all it seemed to do is dry out the ham. Sweeet. Currently looking for a ham sammich-making case.
  • Pros: Looks cool. Tool-less design is pretty good. Enough mounting hardware. Stock fans are decent, quiet, move a good amount of air. Fits a decent size cooler in there (using a Zalmann 9900). Good quality build, decent steel thickness. Dust filter on front intake fan :) Was a good buy at $39.99 3 year...
  • Cons: Door seems awkward, I mean I think it should open the other way. LED's are pretty bright when the door is open. My card reader didn't fit in the 3.5" slot w/o taking out the other 3.5" panel. Fingerprints show up everywhere. Cable management is non-exsistant (get some wire tubing). After 3 years,...

not too shabby

Timothy C., Newegg
17 November 2010
  • Summary: I had to buy this case at a local store. When I ordered all of my components and case from newegg the UPS guy decided to drop off the internals at my place and then drop the case off at my neighbors.
  • Pros: tool less, decent size, fits 4 120mm fans, front usb / headphone / and mic hook ups.
  • Cons: only comes with one fan, side panels seem a little flimsy. My headphone jack and USBs on the front of the case weren't working. I ended up going into the bios and changed the audio. I'm not sure if that's what fixed it but they seem to be working now
