Pros: The whole thing is beautiful, really big for alot of stuff, cable management (even though i dont really use it...
Cons: the prongs that stick out that touch the side door for the side fan to work and also everything like the top buttons to control the fan and such dont work due to when this product came into me 1 of the 3 prongs are logged into itself better know as broken so now a chunk of my case wont work... Pr...
Summary: And this is nothing about Thermaltake, but the people at the Rebate rip-off me over with the rebate, saying my mailed-in documents are missing the original UPC label, which I know I've included. I've been doing this rebate thing for over 15 years, so I know how to file them. Still I got rip off.
Pros: Good contrast color especially if you have a black and white color motherboard like the Asus X99-A, Pro and Deluxe. No other complaints except what I will say in the Cons section. I would have given the rating 5 Stars if not for the Cons reason below.
Cons: The front intake fan makes a rattling noise when you shift from Low to High speed. It's hitting the front grill. They are way too close in this particular I received. It seems others don't have this problem, so I hope it's not a design flaw of some sort.
Summary: If you read any of the other reviews, it is apparent that the SATA bus has a high chance of going bad. Mine was DOA. Now, normally I don't condone poor rating based off a DOA, but this volume of people is kind of ridiculous.
Pros: Plenty of room, quiet stock fans, easy to remove bay slots, good room in the back for cable management. Was able to fit a 270mm XSPC Reservoir, pump, 420mm radiator and cpu/gpu blocks with room to spair.
Cons: The biggest: The SATA bus. More in Other Thoughts. Others: wish the rest of the front pannel USB were all 3.0, no auto adjustable program into the stock fan controller, locking key can be kind of weird sometimes.
Pros: The look, the quiet operation, the size and the ease of building my computer. It simply looks awesome. Even on high, the fans barely make a sound. It is very spacious thus allowing me "elbow room" to build my computer.
Cons: Only 1 and it is a big one that knocks off 2 eggs. I have 3 SSD and 1 HDD. They are placed in the compartments designed for them, however, every 4th or 5th time I need to restart or start up my computer, I have to disengage the compartments and re-engage them because one of my SSDs or the HDD is ...
Summary: If you are willing to fix the poor build issues yourself it's an OK case. Took me 2 or 3 hrs extra work to get the door right. There was no damage to the box this was shipped bent and broken! There was no response from Themaltakes online help.
Pros: Big case has lots of cable management space, large fans are quiet. 240 mm liquid cooler will fit into the top. (only screws into 4 holes not 6) Large CPU access from rear.
Cons: Build quality is BAD- The door was bent and would not open. The plastic view panel was not properly installed and was bent. Does not come with the dust cover it once came with. The quick-swap drive bay has been replaced with a cheaper design, no more built in SATA cable. This is not the same prod...
Summary: Customer service is very nice..BUT i do believe if you have to go through this horrific process they should at least give you a little bit of a discount on future purchases..no one likes having to return items and wait longer...and hope the same thing doesnt happen again..
Pros: Beautiful Case!! spacious & big too. ive spent a year wanting to get this case, and finally have gotten it. . . BUT. .
Cons: Shipping! Im not sure if its newegg's packing or UPS just sucks..but if you spend alot of money on a case it SHOULDN'T be all banged up when you get it. iv e bought quite a few things from newegg but noticed everytime i get something shipped it looks like its been thrown around, banged up, and al...
Summary: This is a good air flow and cooling case but be weary of QC. It was a huge letdown that I could not reconnect one of my hard disks because the hot swap bay #1 does not work. 5 HDD 4 Bays == :(. Different cables did not help. It seems like the SATA board is faulty.
Pros: Design, it catches your attention. It is huge and very nice to look at. The armada of fans make for excellent cooling and the air flow is very good.
Cons: Hot swap bay #1 does not work. Button to open case door jams often. Case is prone to scratching very easily and chassis warped easily because i believe that is why my case door fails to open consistently without having to tilt the entire case. Please thermaltake, do a better job at QC.
Pros: This case is amazing! You can fit whatever you want into it very easly! Great airflow! Very easy to install SSD drive into SATA ports.
Cons: The fan led colors so bad!! Every time you start the computer the led colors randomized automatically! I think the only way to fix this is to replace the whole fans and get something with fixed lights color! There is annoying sound coming from the side fan fans.
Summary: Swapped to this case and my machine randomly started resetting itself, no BSOD, just restart. It happened when the system came underload, especially copying data. At first I thought it was the reset switch being stuck. I unhooked it.
Pros: Sexy as hell. Awesome light show. Looks like an Alien Spaceship Fridge. Roomy. Great Air Flow. Lots of cable room to keep it neat. Carry Handle. Back side has space for PSU wiring.
Cons: Bad Hot Swap Bay Connector. Bad Reset Switch.
Summary: I wanted this case for years.. now I must buy another brand without LEDs and I'm mad about it. You can't turn the LEDs off. Like an Orwellian viewscreen- It is watching you, trying to hypnotize you into buying gold and bacon bowls and liquid rubber in a can.
Pros: Good sturdy case... I like the parallel HDD mounting and cable routing, great for cable management.
Cons: yeah LED LED LED LED LED LED LED LED LED merry Christmas! LEDs are randomized every time you turn the fricken thing on.
