Level 10 GT, avoid it.

Zachary J., Newegg
24 March 2015
  • Summary: The bright side, I think I found a replacement for my top fan since the front fan can't function as intended! That really is some nice forward thinking by Thermaltake, I'll give'em that. Maybe I got unlucky and got a cheap knockoff, but this kind of stuff is inexcusable. Especially when they name dropped BMW to sell this case.
  • Pros: The lights are cool. The amount of fans is nice.(too bad I'm down one) The easily removable side door is nice. head set holder. I got it on sale?
  • Cons: -The top fan has a wobble to it, producing noise. -The front fan, when I first turned it on made a loud sound and shut itself off(probably to protect itself from being destroyed). Come to find out that the front fan can't even work with the front panel fitted completely, as it causes the fan to knock into the back housing of the fan. -Hot swap bays are SATA2, not SATA3. Wish I would have known that before I purchased this case. SSDs face a significant downgrade in per...

I did a lot of research before I decided on ...

Hung T. Nguyen, Amazon
24 March 2015
  • Summary: I did a lot of research before I decided on this case. Thermaltake really put a lot of thought into the design of this case. I gave it 4 stars because they did not provide a long enough sata cable to reach the motherboard...I guess they expect people to buy their power supply which comes with enough cables for all different types of power needs.

  • Summary: I have built a lot of computers, using cases from multiple manufacturers. This is the best case I have ever used.
  • Pros: Beautiful case. Plenty of room. Excellent cooling, quiet fans. Everything works. Easy cable management.
  • Cons: Plastic parts a little flimsy, but nothing broke, yet.

Could be better

James E., Newegg
22 March 2015
  • Pros: The look, the quiet operation, the size and the ease of building my computer. It simply looks awesome. Even on high, the fans barely make a sound. It is very spacious thus allowing me "elbow room" to build my computer.
  • Cons: Only 1 and it is a big one that knocks off 2 eggs. I have 3 SSD and 1 HDD. They are placed in the compartments designed for them, however, every 4th or 5th time I need to restart or start up my computer, I have to disengage the compartments and re-engage them because one of my SSDs or the HDD is no longer connected. It is designed for easy removal of your hard drives but at times they become too easily disconnected. I would not have gotten this case if I had known.

Big Case Poor Build Quality

DEREK A., Newegg
17 March 2015
  • Summary: If you are willing to fix the poor build issues yourself it's an OK case. Took me 2 or 3 hrs extra work to get the door right. There was no damage to the box this was shipped bent and broken! There was no response from Themaltakes online help.
  • Pros: Big case has lots of cable management space, large fans are quiet. 240 mm liquid cooler will fit into the top. (only screws into 4 holes not 6) Large CPU access from rear.
  • Cons: Build quality is BAD- The door was bent and would not open. The plastic view panel was not properly installed and was bent. Does not come with the dust cover it once came with. The quick-swap drive bay has been replaced with a cheaper design, no more built in SATA cable. This is not the same product it was a few years ago. Themaltake has lost a few points in my book as a company! It is sad to see a well designed product ruined by cost cutting. I also feel sorry for th...
