Summary: I love the wire management, 5 Drive bays, Quiet, Headphone hangar, Front & top and back USB ports, no extra hardware needed when using SSD drives when using drive bays. What the heck it looks cool, the best case I have ever had and I have bin building my own computers for 20 years.
Summary: I would've given this case 4 or possibly 5 stars...but Thermaltake's customer service is quite possibly the most horrible service I have ever experienced in my entire life. It is as if they are a phantom company with no employees at all. I purchased this case two years ago and it has been a decent product except two of the drive bays broke after barely being used. These cheaply made plastic drive bays are designed to be hotswapped with the press of a button.
Summary: Upgraded from Thermaltake Mozart because processor was always hanging around 60 C - even with 3-4 added fans. Moved all the same hardware to this Level 10 Snow Edition, added the Water 3.0 Extreme Processor cooler, and my temps now hover around 45-47 C.
3.5 Stars - This case is and works as advertised. Bought Elsewhere

Summary: The hot swappable bays are a blessing. The top 5 bays, the 5 ¼ bays, I thought to be a nightmare at first because I thought you had to install screws on the left and right panel sides to secure a 5 ¼ drive. As I studied the manual, you can actually install a 5 ¼ drive without the use of screws due to a technology I have not seen before, but you should put at least one screw on the right panel side to make sure it is secure.
Summary: I don't know the first thing about computer stuff but my husband loves it. Is very high quality and has cool additions to it. More than just your average computer case. I would recommend this for the computer feen/gamer/builder its really neat and well made.
Summary: I was building a great computer, and decided to spend some extra money and get a great case that would last me many new motherboards into the future. The purpose was to be a storage/raid/file server. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. There are some good things about the case. I love how you can open the door to get inside without tooks and how the door has metal contacts to turn the fan on and off so there's no wire to mess with.
