David W., Newegg
15 April 2011
  • Summary: Depending on your setup size of mobo and how many cards you have especially with the size of video cards keep case demensions in mind, For me its the perfect size for my gaming machine, im currently running MSI KA780G AMD Phenom X4 4gig ram Saphire HD4830 1GB GDDR3 Creative XFI extreme gamer sound...
  • Pros: Great case had this case for two years no problems still looks new from the day taken out of box, Had enough room for my hardware.
  • Cons: Running Cables can get tight especially around where the Hard drive cage is,

Love it...

Brandon S., Newegg
14 March 2011
  • Summary: What can I say that I haven't already. This was my first full build from the ground up and I think this case is wonderful for the project.
  • Pros: Cooling and Style...the case looks wonderful and modern without all the childish additions of some cases. Cooling is very effective. There was room for an additional fan at the top of the case. I placed one there even though I don't feel that I really need it. Tool less design is great. Everythin...
  • Cons: The 230mm cooling fan on the side has very bright leds. I've desoldered them and connected them to their own dimmer. Other than that...nothing.

Fantastic Case!

Thomas W., Newegg
2 February 2011
  • Summary: Comes with all the equipment you need in terms of standoffs and tie downs.
  • Pros: Excellent case. Good layout and while it doesn't offer too much for actual cable management you can conceal them if you're intelligent enough to actually see the hiding spots and zip tie them or loom them down. Also looks fantastic!
  • Cons: Not so much of a con, but it's bigger than it looks in the picture and I can'y really trust the tool-less PCI retainers but you can still tie them down with regular screws.

10 September 2010
  • Pros: Excellent cooling throughout the case, love the HUGE fan above the VGA! Great cable management capability and the capability for lots of expansion. Can't go wrong with getting this case!!
  • Cons: The only con that I can list is the size and weight of the case.

  • Summary: This is by far the best tower I have ever owned. I absolutely love it, and so does everyone that sees it! This tower has lots of room, and it is so easy to install a computer into it.
  • Pros: Large fans, multiple fans, ease of use,
  • Cons: none

Very nice case

Jason D., Newegg
4 August 2010
  • Summary: I really didn't care for it's style and can't stand the LED's, I just can't knock it since I knew what I was getting. Once I opened it the style is not that bad. Now I need to remove the LED's from the large fan. ALSO, the case is HUGE!
  • Pros: I bought this case mainly due to the "Shell Shocker" price and didn't plan on writing a review since this was my first new build. I wouldn't know what to compare it with. The reviews on the net didn't really give me high expectations. Everything from "how hard or the expansion slot clips function...
  • Cons: This case really deserves 4.75 stars since all is not perfect. With a $140 case every thing should work perfectly, and packaged with care. The only issues I had was the headphone socket is completely loose or I'm not sure if there is even one under the plastic cover, and in the same area there wa...

Great Case - Well worth the money

Nicholas C., Newegg
21 July 2010
  • Summary: I bought this case over a year ago on a great Cyber Monday deal from Newegg and it has been a great case. I also added a couple of Red CCFL light tubes from another site which apparently I am not allowed to mention and they add to the cool light show effect.
  • Pros: Very sturdy case and lots of room inside. Solid cable management. Beautifully designed and great lighting. I have an ATI 4000 series graphic card that vents internally and all the fans keep everything running cool.
  • Cons: Top drawer can come off the tracks, but it is fairly easy to pop back in. Fan can get a bit noisy if you are concerned about noise, but I don't mind it.

Awesome Case - Still Going Strong!

William P., Newegg
21 July 2010
  • Summary: Best case I have ever owned, hands down! I have probably built ~25 computers!
  • Pros: Everything! This thing is built like a tank - truly! I even named it "Tank". It is an extremely solid case except for the "handle" - IT IS NOT A HANDLE! It even says "Not a Handle"! The hard drive case issue - not enough room for cables on the opposing side of the case - is not really an issue if...
  • Cons: None! Well, unless you move your case around a lot! It does way A LOT. It's a trade-off though. It is built like a tank so it has weight like a tank! If you want a light case, dont buy one that is built like this!

GREAT CASE - MUST HAVE

Kent W., Newegg
2 July 2010
  • Summary: I took a chance (not too many bad reviews) and I'll always be glad I did. This case is the best one I've used.
  • Pros: Tool-less design is FANTASTIC! Don't believe other reviews! Just read the short description on how the trays, locks, etc. work BEFORE you try ripping them apart. VERY quiet for having that much airflow. Top "accessory tray" is nice for IPods, flash drives, etc. Looks great, well thought-out design!
  • Cons: Case is VERY large and the front panel connector cables are almost too short to reach to the pins on the MB (almost always at the bottom). They reach, but no cable management is possible. Also, not a big deal, but the case fans use standard 4-pin molex connectors and prevent you from using the fa...
