Incredible Case - Highly Recommend!

Robin P., Newegg
24 February 2014
  • Summary: My rig: ASUS M5A99X EVO Motherboard AMD FX-8320 Vishera 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor PNY GeForce GTX 660 2GB Video Card CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W PSU Thermaltake Armor Reve Gene White Mid Tower Computer Case Cooler Master GeminII S524 CPU Cooler (Aluminum Fins and 5 Heatpipes)
  • Pros: Excellent case! I build 2 machines so I bought a white and a black one at the same time. Thus, see my more detailed report filed for the black one.
  • Cons: None. Just sometimes you can accidentially hit the on/off button since it's on top. It only happened to me when I was building, testing, and randomly moving it around however.

Pleasure to work with

Carter D., Newegg
12 February 2014
  • Pros: Pleasurable layout. Semi-tool-less design. Cable pass-through (and management was easy) ample space for Large Video Cards, aftermarket heat syncs, essentially anything that you might find in a high end gaming PC. Feet on the bottom allow wonderful air cooling. Lint filter is easy to access. huge, quiet, included fans. (I cannot hear the fans when computer is turned on) Fan mount is huge (both as a pro, and in sheer size)
  • Cons: Did not assemble the computer itself. Blue Light on front is not programmable (that would be sweet).

Cool and Quiet

Tandra M., Newegg

  • Summary: The pros for this case definitely outweigh the cons. I would definitely recommend this case and especially if you can get it for around $80 like I did.
  • Pros: -Solid build quality, it doesn't feel as if they cheaped out in any areas. The retractable feet are also nice for stability. -Comes with large fans, 200mm front and top and a 140mm back exhaust. I added an extra 120mm fan at the bottom and my CPU and GPU temps are much lower and more consistent. I have an Arctic Freezer Extreme Rev. 2 and my temps hover from 25c to 34c on idle. -Very quiet. In my current setup, there is a 140mm, 120mm, and two 200m fans. I also have t...
  • Cons: -No punch outs for cable ties on the back make it harder to organize cables. -Only four mounting areas for HDDs or SSDs, so if you plan on using more than that you might have to use some 5.25 bay converters or look elsewhere. -Trying to plug in the 8pin CPU plug was awkward. -The power button is easily pressed. When I was with some friends they accidentally powered it off a couple of times. -The front aluminum fins do look nice, but get in the way of any optical drive...

AWESOME case

Kyle H., Newegg
6 January 2014
  • Summary: Looks awesome. Ideal specs. Spectacular tower case.
  • Pros: The design is intuitive and cool looking. Equipped with LEDs and a window on the side, the case is aesthetically pleasing. Unlike most towers, it sits on top of feet on the bottom which allows for greater air flow as well as a removable dust tray on the bottom. There is a hard drive dock on top which made transferring all of my files (including my 70 GB music library) from my laptop quick and easy. No screws are required so building was as simple as it gets. It also h...
  • Cons: This is a really dumb complaint, but the power button does not have a backlight, it is just a solid button. It shouldn't bother me, but it does.

Excellent!

Joyce S., Newegg

  • Summary: This is a nice case, and would recommend it for a budget build like I have. However, just make sure your motherboard has 3 places for the fans (3 prongs).
  • Pros: - Extremely quiet. - Nice size. - Hard drive bays & optical drive fit nice and securely. - Durable.
  • Cons: - Was hard to fit my HD Radeon 7770 GPU in at first. - Wish I didn't get white, scared I'm going to scuff it up. - Would have been nice to be told that all 3 fans require a spot on the motherboard. Unfortunately, mine doesn't have 3, it only has 1 (using for top fan).

Gorgeous!

Philip A., Newegg
3 December 2013
  • Summary: This case is large, full tower size. Check out the dimensions if you're planning on using it in a desk cabinet or anything like that.
  • Pros: Great look, plenty of necessary screws and bolts for motherboard installation, comes stock with two fans (one on back and a larger one on top), all the room for upgrades you'll ever need. Metal fins on the front protect your case. Will be the last case you'll buy if that's what you're looking for! Rubber holes for cables keep the view through the side window looking nice and tidy. Love the feet on the bottom, they click outward for stability or stay inwards to save fo...
  • Cons: The internal HDD/SDD cases are plastic and feel a little flimsy, but nothing about this case seems cheap.

  • Summary: This case is only a mid tower but compares in size to many full tower cases. TONS of room for building the pc of your dreams. You can't beat this case for quality. This keeps your components cool and anyone who knows computers knows that is the name of the game. Also gives you the option to add fans if you need to later ( fans are cheap to buy). I have done many builds and this is my favorite case.

Nice and easy

Robert F., Newegg
20 January 2013
  • Pros: -xdock -top usb 2.0x2 -top usb 3.0x2 -top mounted internal fan -blue led fan in front Overall I am very happy with the case. It was very easy to get everything in the case and I love the slots for cable management and that they have soft rubber covering them.
  • Cons: the only thing I I don't like is that the metal used is kinda thin, but that does help to reduce the weight of the case
