Conclusion: In this section I am going to write a brief five point summary on the following categories; Performance, Appearance, Construction, Functionality and Value. These views are my own and help me to give the Thermaltake Armor A90 a rating out of 10, a high score does not necessarily mean that it is better than a PC case reviewed by another writer here at Benchmark Reviews that may have got a lower score, it is however a good indicator of whether the product is good or not.
Pros: Very nice design, Good airflow, Plenty of room for installation, Effective cable management, Build quality, Bottom mounted PSU, Effective air intake filter, Mount for 2.5" drive, Motherboard installation simplified, Painted interior, Watercooling friendly, Three good security features
Cons: PSU installation is made more difficult and time consuming, PSU air intake filter is sub-par, Drive bay tool free catches are kind of pointless
Conclusion: The Thermaltake Armor A90 case is a great addition to the Armor series of cases truly. The case is very well made with a lot of room inside for larger video cards and lots of hard drives. The black on black and angular motif works very well together, it certainly is a unique looking case. If you’re looking for a nice gaming case then I can recommend you take a closer look at the Armor A90.
Summary: Final Thoughts
Once again Thermaltake comes out with a new case that is quality and lives up to expectations. This case might not have all the features of other higher end cases that we have seen from Thermaltake, but you have to remember this case comes in at under $100. At that price you really are getting a great deal here.
The case has a very unique look to it, something that people will notice at LAN parties.
Pros: – Unique design, – Plenty of cooling, – Room for 6 hard drives, – Room for a 2.5inch hard drive
