Silent PC
30 May 2009
  • Excerpt: A report on SPCR's first PC without any moving parts was posted in April 2009. Less than two months later, I have another interesting lab PC to tell you about. It's a PC with just a single moving part: A 120x25mm fan spinning at a well-nigh inaudible 500rpm. This time, it's not just a caseless assembly suitable only for a test bench; this Single Moving Part PC — SMPPC ;) — is housed in a handsome case that would be perfectly at home in a living room or office.

SilverStone Temjin TJ08 Case Video Review

3dGameMan.com
12 February 2008
  • Summary: The SilverStone Temjin TJ08 has a clean look and great design. The front is aluminum, but the remainder is steel and weighs in at only 5.5kg (12lbs). There are two 5.25" and two 3.5" external drive days and two internal 3.5" drive bays. This case also has a removable motherboard tray which makes installation of a motherboard, CPU, cooler, & memory simple. One big plus is the two quiet 120mm fans included with this product.

Silverstone Temjin TJ08

techPowerUp!
30 June 2006
  • Summary: The Silverstone Temjin TJ08 may look incredible, with its really sturdy aluminum front. It has great cooling capabilities with the possibility of using a 12cm radiator for water cooling in such a small case, but very careful planning is needed to get everything working and fitting right of the bat. This is definitely the kind of case which you buy before you choose all your hardware. The biggest shortcoming is the quality.
  • Pros: Great cooling setup, Silent fans, use of a normal PS2 ATX PSU possible, High quality wiring, Incredibly thick & sturdy aluminum front, Removable mainboard tray, No plastic clips used to hold anything in place, Available in silver and black, Very well packaged, Great for water cooling.
  • Cons: Limited space, High performance power supplies may not fit, Large CPU Coolers will not fit, 12V Molex connectors on fans, Somewhat flimsy drive bay covers, Drive bay cover mounting makes internal use of drive bay impossible, Paint job inadequate - to put it nicely, Absolutely flimsy & loose plastic feet, Case does not stand completely on all four feet, Sharp edges on back of case & aluminum front

Silverstone TJ08 Review

Overclock3D
18 April 2008
  • Excerpt: When we first saw the TJ08 the combined reaction was awesome finally a more traditional Silverstone to review! The once we had investigated further we found out that the motherboard tray was inverted and there was one of the glorious 180mm Air Penetrator fans in the front it felt more like the quirky SIlverstones we have grown to love over the past year or so.

Silverstone Temjin Series TJ08 mATX Case

Overclockers Melbourne
20 October 2007
  • Excerpt: Silverstone may not be the oldest, most well known computer case manufacturer on the market, but if today's review is anything to go buy, this may all be about to change. Silverstone were formed in 2003, so in comparison to other case manufacturers such as Thermaltake and Antec, Silverstone is a relatively young brand.

Silverstone TJ08 Temjin Micro-ATX Tower

PC-Experience
9 July 2009
  • Pros: sehr hochwertiges Outfit., herausragende Verarbeitung., sehr geringes Gewicht., Lüfter ermöglichen ausgezeichnete Kühleigenschaften., recht leise Lüfter., Frontstaubfilter., sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (ca. 90 €)., sehr kompakt., hohe Mobilität., auch in schwarz erhältlich.
  • Cons: fummeliger Abbau der Frontverkleidung., Festplatte ragt weit Richtung Mainboard., keine Thumbscrews und Laufwerksschienen., mageres Handbuch.

Silverstone Temjin TJ08

iXBT.com
4 December 2007

Silverstone Temjin TJ08

Au-Ja!
24 March 2007
