Silverstone Temjin TJ07B

techPowerUp!
13 June 2008
  • Summary: The Silverstone Temjin TJ07 is not only built like a tank, it costs as much as well. Quality comes at a price and the TJ07 is worth every penny. The single-piece front made of thick aluminum coupled with a very solid interior layout make this case heavy but also incredibly sturdy. The black looks just as nice as the silver variant and the possiblity of the windowed version just screams out to show your high-end hardware.
  • Pros: Incredible built quality, Spacious interior, Dual PSU or Redundant PSU possible, E-ATX capable, Plenty of fans included, Dual 120 mm radiator possible up top, Large enough, even for the biggest graphic cards, Removable mainboard tray made of SECC, Total expandability - 7 drive bays, Can hold 6 hard drives, Compartments for better cooling and cable management, Thumb screws, Side panels can be removed easily, More than enough screws included, High quality feet, Very wel...
  • Cons: Quality comes at a price, Heavy like a tank, Tower coolers may not fit onto tray, Fans fairly loud, No anti-vibration systems

SilverStone Temjin TJ07 Case Review

3D Xtreme
5 December 2007
  • Summary: The SilverStone TJ07 was a wonderful Case to work with and inside of. The removable Motherboard tray in a full tower is something we haven’t see in years and was definitely a welcomed feature. I do have a few things I would like to mention. The Case being made of a uni-body frame is extremely rigid. However, I had issues lining up the side panels and once installed they would rock a bit. The side panels were a bit flimsy and not as rigid as the rest of the Case.

  • Conclusion: This is an awesome case and we will also present a watercooling guide with this case a bit later this year. I have found that there is a huge difference between good quality cases and cheaper ones. I can only think of one case that I have reviewed that is close to this one and that is the new Coolermaster Stacker 830 case that we have reviewed. This case has it all, no tools needed, harddrive cages in the bottom, loads of space, good looking and high quality.

Silent PC
14 May 2006
  • Summary: Despite our initial optimism, the TJ-07 was unable to follow in the quiet footsteps of its predecessor, the TJ-06 . Perhaps if the entire case used the same thick aluminum in the uni-body frame, it would not suffer from the problems with vibration. However, as it stands, it is far too prone to vibration noise to recommend for use in a quiet system.

  • Conclusion: Jeżeli zależy ci na wyglądzie, stabilności działania dysków i chcesz mieć najwyższej klasy obudowę to Silverston Temjin TJ07B powinien spełnić twoje oczekiwania.
