Great case for home theater applications, no so much for high end systems.

Andrew K., Newegg
9 August 2013
  • Summary: The dust filter on my particular case could not be removed without breaking the tab that holds the front mesh onto the case. This shouldn't be a problem for others as this seemed unique to my case.
  • Pros: I'm a two year owner of this chassis and had used it for my first ever computer build. If has a wonderful, brushed aluminum finish. High quality exterior overall. The interior is more basic but has everything it needs for a basic system. Ingenious placement of the power supply allows for an extre...
  • Cons: The thermal performance of this case was not designed for high end gaming computers. My own lack of foresight taught me the hard way. Expect a loud system if you do. But for it's intended purpose, there are few bad aspects. The door magnets do not hold the front panel doors closed very well but a...

User Review

  • Pros: Fits everything you need to build a micro-atx tower, and it isn't a cube.
  • Cons: Extremely small. I knew it would be small going into the project, but I wasn't aware that my power supply would cover one half of the side window, and that one side of the bracket for the power supply would cover the rest. It's covered with lights now, so it looks fine, but I was very surprised w...

Nice Case

Michael R., Newegg
12 October 2009
  • Summary: I really love this case! I am running an Asrock P55M motherboard with a Core i5 750 overclocked to 3.2ghz (160 fsb) on that tiny stock cooler. My temps are fine with this case, ideling at 33C.
  • Pros: This case can fit full size componets in such a small space! Quite with included fan. Stealth usb ports. Power button on top. Overall looks great.
  • Cons: Weighs 21lbs assembled, HDD LED not bright enough, price, should include 2 fans. I should have got the one with the handel.

An awesome mini monster!

Anonymous, Newegg
28 August 2009
  • Summary: Awesome case. I bought it because I wanted a small gaming rig and it suits that need perfectly. Air flow is awesome if you know how to move wires out of the way and get the right fans.
  • Pros: - Tiny. You have no idea how small this thing is until you see it. I can't believe I can fit this on my desk and it doesn't look out of place! - Mesh in front of intake fans on the front is awesome to stop unwanted dog hair from getting sucked up. - Fits everything I wanted in there! (i7 w/ Shuri...
  • Cons: - Mesh on the front gets very dusty, very fast. - As stated in other reviews the back metal is a little flimsy but I don't plan on changing stuff back there every other week so it's not a worry. - Very tight fit inside, obviously. If you don't plan out how everything is going to be installed you'...

Great case

Anonymous, Newegg
4 August 2009
  • Summary: Overall, this is a great case. One might think the case would be a cabling nightmare on the inside after installing the components. Not so. I spent quite a bit of time planning the cable runs, and selecting components that would complement the small size of the case (low profile CPU cooler, modular...
  • Pros: Compact, excellent design, great looking, wind tunnel cooling concept, much of case can be disassembled for easy installation of components, can use standardized parts (uATX motherboard, ATX PS, etc.) for a system not much bigger than an SFF system.
  • Cons: Sheet metal is a bit flimsy - needs heavier guage.

  • Summary: Good case, disappointed that its missing that speaker cable, i fear the one day my computer won't boot up right, and i wont know what the problem is
  • Pros: Small, case is very well made, stands up to abuse
  • Cons: Screws strip very easily, Missing the system speaker, so cant hear bios beeps, unless i failed to find the 4 pin cable somewhere

Great MicroATX Case - With Some Reservations

Anonymous, Newegg
5 June 2009
  • Summary: I've built numerous PCs over the last 10 years, the last two of which were MicroATX. My last build was in an Antec NSK3480, which was a great case. This one is even smaller, and can fit much more - with the exception of a large HSF for the CPU. I don't overclock, so stock is fine for me I guess.
  • Pros: Aluminum, Smallest MicroATX case I've seen, fans galore, sleek looking.
  • Cons: Relatively flimsy, but that's aluminum for you; Useless extra expansion slot in the back; Exposed front of the case allows you to hear the hard drive a bit more.

Best microATX case EVER!!!

matthew j., Newegg
30 January 2009
  • Summary: Newegg sells a bag (SST-PA01B) that can carry this and everything else you will need for your lan party (exept monitor). it is a bit expensive, but i think it makes everything WAY EASIER. FITS ALL GRAPHICS CARDS ON THE MARKET WITH BOTH FRONT FANS IN!!!
  • Pros: NO WINDOW!!! - this helps if u have bad parts or if you don't have friends who think athalon is a type of road race is ALMOST FULLY MODULAR!!! - may have no removable motherboard tray, but thats only 5 mins of trouble. the bottom of this case folds down to show HD bays (2). For all pci items, you...
  • Cons: -No such thing as an easy fan screw... -Power button wire is barely long enough to reach its plug on Mobo... -make sure to check if your Mobo has a 1394 plug on it (or you will have a useless port on front panel) -will need low profile cooler... (BUT, the sugo pack can hold this and a zalman rese...

Great case, but if I did it again I would do it a bit differently

Michael C., Newegg
28 January 2009
  • Summary: If your running a PCIe video card and a 65w+ higher CPU then your going to need 2x 120mm case fans. I couldn't keep the ambient temperature down in the case otherwise I fitted a ATI 4870 in the case just fine, the good thing about the higher end videocard is that they take up two slots and push the...
  • Pros: -Great looking case, good size that doesn't look out of place if you place next to your TV. -Good cooling if you want to run silent or if you want to overclock, but you have to pick your components carefully. -It will fit all your core parts no problem -Easy to move due to its size and weight, gr...
  • Cons: -This will take a noticable longer time to assemble since you will have to follow the instructions carefully to get everything in the case properly the first time -making changes after the case is built will noramlly require you to remove the 3.5" Bracket and either the PSU or the hard drive moun...

Perfect Case

Sunny C., Newegg
16 January 2009
  • Summary: Perfect case for gamers that travels alot for LAN parties.
  • Pros: - small and easy to carry around - fits high end video cards - good airflow - sleek looking
  • Cons: - the front mesh's dust filter gets dusty pretty quickly and it's not easy to clean it out (had to take the mesh off in order to clean the filter inside)
