SilverStone Grandia Series GD07 HTPC Case Review

PC Perspective
27 August 2012
  • Excerpt: Earlier this year, SilverStone released two brand new enclosures designed for HTPC enthusiasts, the Grandia Series GD07 and GD08.  The two cases are nearly identical except for the front panel and some differences in the internal drive cage layout.  The GD07 sports a stealthy clean look with a lockable front door for security that conceals all the drives and I/O functions while the GD08 comes with a traditional exposed front and classic black anodized aluminum front...

Silverstone GD07 HTPC Chassis Review

25 July 2012
  • Conclusion: I had a mixed time with Silverstones GD07, given the number of fan mounting points I was expecting our Antec water cooler to drop right into this chassis, same goes for our BeQuiet Dark Rock II, but this isn’t something I can hold against Silverstone, for someone who may be purchasing this chassis it’s just a case of buying the right components for the build, unfortunately for me that I didn’t have the appropriate sized CPU cooler.

SilverStone Grandia GD07 Review: Centering and Serving Your Media

29 April 2012
  • Conclusion: SilverStone's Grandia GD07 is certainly a compelling option for users like me who use their media center PCs as 24/7 servers as well. That's a small niche, but I have no doubt there are other people who will look at it and find other niches for it as well. For what SilverStone was attempting with the GD07, they've largely excelled and even produced one of their easier-to-use cases. Yet there's definitely room for improvement here.

SilverStone Grandia GD07 HTPC Case Video Review

5 January 2012
  • Summary: The SilverStone Grandia GD07 HTPC Case is a monster case which is perfect for a hardcore gamer. It fits video cards that are up to 13.6 inches in length, has lots of fans, plenty of drive bays, tons of room to work, stylish and has excellent build quality. If you're in the market for a large HTPC case at a reasonable price but still has lots of features, this is it.

Silverstone Grandia GD07 HTPC Case Review

20 June 2012
  • Excerpt: 4 Flares 4 Flares × A few months ago we looked at the Grandia GD06 case from Silverstone which impressed us due to solid build quality and competitive pricing. However, it was only capable of accepting Micro-ATX motherboards which was likely to alienate a substantial audience.

Caja SilverStone Grandia GD07

3 October 2012

Silverstone Grandia GD07

14 June 2012
  • Summary: SilverStone Grandia GD07 er et stort HTPC-kabinett.
