Great case , BUT !!!

scott's sells, Amazon
  • Summary: Really love the case with a few exceptions. Fan cooling awesome , Black case with red light awesome, top of tower case fan control really awesome , a ton of room for anything you want awesome. here's my issue, when I received the shipping box it had zero scratches or dings and when I opened the box the first thing I see is that the top part of the case where the fan control is had 2 broken black legs of the 6 where it connects to the case and it wasn't connected to the...

Big and Beautiful

Andrew Miller, Amazon

  • Summary: Bought case to replace an aging one that was literally falling apart. First case was lost in transit, second arrived with bottom of box untaped, so shippers clearly have something against this product. Case was intact except for small piece of plastic under the front grill, this was quickly fixed with some superglue. Compared to my previous case, also a full tower, the inside is much roomier allowing better air flow.

VERY GOOD airflow, A LOT of room inside

Larry Wilkes "Brandon", Amazon
  • Summary: The only thing wrong with this case is on mine at least the THOR won't light up on the front, and when it does it flickers on and off.... Other than that, this computer case is a beast, VERY GOOD airflow, A LOT of room inside, even for my over-sized heat-sink. Blows cool air directly on what is needed to be cooled, I would recommend this case to everyone, I bought it for $129.99 but honestly I would pay $200 for it. GET THIS CASE.

Beast of a case!

Tanner U., Newegg
16 March 2015
  • Pros: -Sturdy, very durable. Had this thing well over a year and has not had any issues -Design is great, LED lights and fins make it look amazing -Airflow is nice, great use of fans and fins. Keeps things nice and cool -Enough room for any setup you want
  • Cons: It is hard to come up with any cons for this case, but the only one I could think of is; -If you don't have a large area to keep this thing, it might be hassle to fit it in a small space.

Great Customer Service and product

Christophe D., Newegg
12 March 2015
  • Summary: If you buy this case, don't worry about airflow, it will be perfect. The fans are not loud at all. I always open the top, so I hear them a bit, but it's not annoying at all.
  • Pros: -Huge, so the fans don't need to have high speed to give the system a good cooling. I have an i5 4690k and gtx 970 (both not overclocked), run bf4 ultra extremly smoothly, and the graphics card doesn't get over 70C at the lowest speed. -Very beautiful case, every time I look at it, i'm amazed at how cool it is. -LEDs are cool! -Amazing air flow -GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The top had broken pins when I received it (which was just a minor inconvenience). I contacted the c...

2 year update

Patrick C., Newegg
11 March 2015
  • Summary: Had this case for quite awhile now. Very happy with it for the most part. I have noticed over time a few plastic pieces have started to wear a bit prematurely or that should not have really worn out. In my case the Plastic feet on this case are decent for traction on hard floors and carpets but the method used to keep them in does not seem to do a very good job as I lost one in transport to a LAN (the distance of my bedroom to my living room).
  • Pros: Excellent ventilation, Sufficient Wire hiding/cable management placement. Easy to clean. Comes with more stock fans than most competitors. Sufficient Front I/O Looks great, starts conversations
  • Cons: Lacking quality in some plastic components (see other thoughts) Stock fans are somewhat noisy Front I/O wires are an utter mess to hide Massive... just completely massive. Would not recommend for traveling.

Broken Pieces

Moby C., Newegg
4 March 2015
  • Pros: Large case, good cooling/lots of really big fans, pretty cool looking with the legs and pattern in the front.
  • Cons: I ordered this case because my old case wouldn't hold my new graphics card and my friend recommend this. Once it arrived I picked it up still in the box and I could hear things rattling around inside of it, I just figured whatever its probably screws or wires or something. Upon unboxing it I realized that part of the little wing on the left side had been broken off, both the top and the front pieces of the case weren't even attached because of the things that secure t...

Great Cse!!

Carol P., Newegg
4 March 2015
  • Summary: Bought this case because I ran out of room in my mid tower system, cables were packed in tight and bad air flow. The Vid card barely fit. Everything has ROOM again, bought a large R9 video card that now has ample room and lots of room for drives and peripherals. Room for front panel card reader AND sound card front panel WITH two optical drives. No more cramped packed in cabling taking up all the room.
  • Pros: Nice case with lots of room for those BIG video cards, several hard drives and optical drives. I found it really easy to install the new ASUS motherboard with much room left over. Could have gone with a much larger motherboard. The case has it's own fan controls and large fans that are relatively quiet and really keep my gaming system cool. Room left over after installing 3 hard drives and two optical drives. The motherboard mounting board has lots of available routin...
  • Cons: Rather heavy, but that really just makes it more stable, however, carrying this thing to the work table was a workout. No Front panel support for Firewire but that is easily worked around. MAKE SURE your power supply has LONG power cables!!

Substantial

Gregory T., Newegg
28 February 2015
  • Summary: It has all the features that higher priced towers do, including fan controls. I had to cut off the supports for a bottom fan in order to get my 1600 watt psu to fit, but not everyone would go for that much power. Don't put it off if you are thinking of building a new system.
  • Pros: Very sturdy and very roomy. Excellent air flow.
  • Cons: Heavy, but that is to be expected with such a substantial rig.

User Review

Allmir D., Newegg
27 February 2015
  • Summary: *Before I go on, I'd just like to say that this doesn't warrant removing one egg, as it was my fault for my bad handling of the case. This is just a warning for others not to make my mistake. Make sure you remove the dust filter before you try to move this case around. If absolutely necessary you can also remove the PSU and it'll add probably the only reliable and sturdy gripping point this case has.
  • Pros: It looks awesome. It has more than plenty of space for any setup you would like to run. It also features nice cable management, and placement for many large fans for those of you who like quieter cases. It also features many extra slots for drives on the top and bottom. I installed a Noctua NH-D15 with the second fan extended about 3/4 of an inch to make clearance for taller ram, and this case fits it perfectly. I also liked the little touch of being able to physicall...
  • Cons: It has no good gripping points, it's heavy (even empty), and it's very large, and can be difficult to get a grip with both hands on the bottom. All added up this makes for a case that is very hard to move should you wish to move it outside for a proper dusting, on a desk for component upgrades/swaps or simply somewhere else in the home for redecoration.
