Summary: Overall not one of my favorite cases but it was part of a deal. Might have to search for a better case.
Pros: It's black. I'm still waiting for all the components to build this so I can't say much yet. Also wondering about the cable management.
Cons: First thing I noticed is The Side air duct that they state is included, Was not included. After further inspection I noticed the front USB inputs are upside down. Figured no big deal I'm handy enough to flip them upside down. Not possible because of the screw configuration. While it might not be ...
Summary: These are just my first impressions. I don't have all of the parts for the full build yet, though it is partially assembled. May move build to a better case in future since the mobo is extremely small. Obtained in a bundle.
Pros: CPU cutout on motherboard tray. Plentiful space for drives. Wiring cutouts. Extension card bay covers included. Potential.
Cons: Upside down front panel USB 2.0 connections. Optical bays too close to mothe board area, tight horizontal space. Not tool-less. Poorly packaged; two Styrofoam blocks and a thin plastic wrap. Damaged in shipping/handling (, though minor...) Single fan.
Summary: Great for building complete budget PC. Buying the case and power supply as a combo is a huge plus. Not only did I save money , I got better quality in my mind. I am very pleased with my franken-puter I had plenty of old parts laying around to build a complete budget pc for a friend of mine.
Pros: Does the job! Great case for the money. Plenty of room inside and connectors from the power supply. Great airflow.
Cons: USB ports in front are upside down. When you insert a USB stick, the LED on the stick faces downward. So, you can't be too sure if there's activity (flashing or solid). And, you can't flip the board as the speaker and microphone jacks in between with two USB ports will be reversed.
Pros: Nice enough case for the money. We have maybe 25 of these now.
Cons: The switch binds sideways and sticking is a problem. The manufacturer needs to do something about this or we will move on. It stick cocked in it's space and turns the computer on then right back off again.
Summary: In my scenario, I had plenty of old parts laying around to build a complete budget pc for a friend of mine. But I needed a cheap case to stick it all in and a power supply. I looked at cases and PSUs separately, but the quality and reviews of the low end parts were questionable at best.
Pros: I didn't realize it had a removable back for access to the cpu screws, very nice feature on such a budget. The PSU was also better than expected. Plenty of connectors for a nice low-mid spec pc. It also looks pretty slick, especially for the price point. In summary, I am surprised and extremely p...
Cons: Only one case fan is included, so the airflow isn't that great. But there is enough ventilation over all. I mean I wouldn't recommend this case for a high end gaming rig, but anything else it it will serve it's purpose quite nicely.
Summary: I think this is a great case/power supply for the price, would get another if I needed it in the future ....
Pros: this case has been in use for just under a year with no hassles. it came undamaged but I did not see a CPU fan "funnel" that others have mentioned. It has been running nearly non stop. I got it with a new egg bundle and the usb 2.0 front panel matched the 2.0 connectors on the bundled mobo. I can...
Cons: could have a longer main power cable can't think of much else..... maybe less "break out" covers over the slots but not really a problem if you are careful .
