Summary: I was looking for a cheap case and that's what I bought and I'm very happy with my decision. Based on how many hard drives you can put in this thing I'd recommend this to someone building a server/NAS.
Pros: Cheap (when on sale). cable management is decent for the price point. lots of space for extra fans and drives. The window in the side panel is pretty cool, its ABS so nothing too special.
Cons: The steel used in the case construction is a bit flimsy but I found that it stiffened up after it was fully assembled. The front i/o is a bit on the cheap side, the headphone and mic jacks feel cheap but the USB connectors seem fine other than they are upside down.
Pros: Pretty much a NO-Baloney case with all the features of something $30 more expensive. After looking at a ton of other so-called "swanky" cases, it didn't make sense to me how the price on this was so low. Interested in building a system with robust features and not a freaking art project? This case is for you!
Cons: The only thing wrong with the case is front intake airflow. There's simply not a lot of clearance for a ton of air to be sucked in. This doesn't really affect my build a lot, but it might concern some who have hotter hardware. NZXT has other cases like this one with way better front intake airflow, so if you're concerned about it go with those.
Summary: It arrived in Buffalo quickly. No dings or dents. Thank you New Egg!
Pros: This case is well built. For the price it is great. It does not have USB 3 ports on the front BUT the description says that so why do people complain. The screws are tight...come on... a screwdriver works for me.
Cons: Absolutely none; Oh, okay, here you go....It did not come with a 1000 watt Seasonic PSU.
Pros: It's a bottom mount PSU which I like. My Sabertooth 990fx fits in nicely and all my components do as well minus my CPU cooler. Seems to be have good ventilation and I love the basic design to it.
Cons: This isn't worthy of taking a star off for buy my Cooler Master 212 evo doesn't entirely fit in this case. I had to drill holes in the plastic window of the side panel because the copper stick out to far, making it unable to close the side panel. But that's not the case's fault! Just so you know if you are planning on using a 212 evo with this case.
Summary: I've done builds with nearly every model of the source 210. This was my first experience with the side window version. I am satisfied. The source 210 is hard to beat at less than $50. I caught this one on sale for $33, what a steal! I noted that one review mentioned that you cannot use an AIO water cooling solution. I found this to be partially untrue. I was able to install an H60 on the rear fan mount in a push pull configuration.
Pros: Good Value Black Interior Cable management holes CPU cooler cut out Tons of fan mounts
Cons: -Thin metal (acceptable for the price) -3.5" bay slots face front and back of the case instead of side of the case -No toolless mounting options for HDD. (this was not the case with previouse source 210s) -Limited AIO water cooler mounting options
Summary: i spent $15 to order another 3 LED fans for this case and it lights up beautifully, isn't too loud, and keeps my system cool. in my old case, it ran idle at about 45'C, with the few extra fans in this new case its running about 34'C idle, which in my opinion is an amazing difference . under extreme stress from gaming, it runs at 48'C at most. definitely try this case out, you wont be disappointed.
Pros: - a lot of room behind right hand side panel for cable management - plenty of cut outs for cables - plenty of room inside for full size gpu cards - low priced - mounts for extra fans
Cons: - side window is a bit wobbly when you take the panel off, but not an actual issue -no external 3'' drive bays for my card reader, but that was in the specs so again, not a big problem
Summary: Eight internal 3.5" hard drive bays for $40 is a great price. My FreeNAS server had little extra room inside a Dell microATX case. I can gradually expand my data storage with this case for years to come. Newegg delivered as always. I requested free shipping and didn't expect the case to arrive until next week. The case came the next day. Nice!
Pros: A very nice case with plenty of screws for eight internal 3.5" hard drive bays. Routing power cables behind the motherboard reduces the clutter inside the case.
Cons: This is the blackest black case I have ever owned. You will need a bright light to see the markings for the motherboard mount holes.
