... so I haven't handled many other cases but I liked this case a lot

Corbin Dallas, Amazon
30 March 2015
  • Summary: New to PC building so I haven't handled many other cases but I liked this case a lot. Both side panels come off and make cable management a breeze. My only complaint is that the case fan smelled funny. I know that sounds odd, but when I disconnected the included rear case fan the smell went away. I think it was machine grease in the bearings of the motor, but I couldn't handle the smell so I kept it unplugged and the smell went away.

Flawless For The Price

Daniel Bickerton, Amazon
27 March 2015
  • Summary: This budget case is simply fantastic. It is sturdy, does not feel cheap, and it is aesthetically pleasing. In addition to all of that, it was extremely easy to build in as well, which was great for me, as this case was part of the first computer build I've done. The exhaust fans included with this case seem to do their job, and I've not had any issues with over-heating.

Great for the price.

Louis, Amazon

  • Summary: Having used this case for about 6 months now, I can say I am more than satisfied. For the price it is stellar. While it lacks a USB 3.0 front panel port, I don't think there are enough 3.0 devices at the time that would make it an issue. The airflow is adequate. I use 4 Arctic F12 PWM fans, two in the front, and two in the back. The front panel being a flat faux brushed metal looking plastic, is a bit more restrictive than if it were a mesh front.

Excellent Inexpensive Case

Tammy W., Newegg
26 February 2015
  • Summary: I now have two of these cases. Bought the first one for my Linux file server as I needed more hard drive space (expanded mirrored raid storage). I liked it so much that when it was time to replace the case for my main pc I really didn't look anywhere else. Now I have two in my custom built desk that look identical. And no, it isn't a high dollar case replacement. If you are looking for all the bells and whistles, this case won't fit that bill.
  • Pros: This case hit all the things I was looking for in a case. I don't need bells and whistles, and because it is our bedroom, I don't want any fancy lights. It has lots of locations for fans. It can hold a ton of hard drives. Doesn't have any of the needless tool less mounting stuff. And it has decent cable routing through the back. I like the looks, the upside down front USB doesn't bother me and it isn't the dreary black that everyone else is doing. And it is inexpensive.
  • Cons: If I had to come up with one, I would say that the front panel comes off just a bit too easy for my taste, but nothing I would knock and egg of for. When I say too easy, I mean that if you are trying to pull it out of a cubby by the little cutout on the underside of the front panel, it will likely come off.

Great case for any build.

Aubrey W., Newegg
14 February 2015
  • Summary: My background: Im a federal technician that maintains military vehicles. That being said, I have a good judgement of quality. Ive dealt with some stuff of dubious quality built by the lowest bidder. This case is excellent. You see a lot of reviews on cases complaining about structural issues... When it is in fact not a structural piece of equipment. It holds computer hardware, and this one does it well.
  • Pros: Wire management Fan expandability Motherboard standoffs clearly marked All the expansion slots you need Room for big components Cost for quality ratio very high Front panel USB, Mic/Headphone ports
  • Cons: PSU can be a little noisy, mine rattled. Rubber feet under it will eliminate that.

Great mid-tower case

Daniel B., Newegg
5 February 2015
  • Summary: The case is sleek and the design sets it apart from others. The wiring is solid and I didn't find myself re-soldering the wiring. When installing the mobo, I set riser pins for the mobo, nice to see the case have a custom fit to my board. I was able to get great airflow with 4 120mm fans. For a low end or standard desktop PC, I'll buy it again.
  • Pros: 1. Great design 2. Plenty of room 3. Wiring is solid and no need to re-solder 4. Install the riser studs for the board you have 5. Plenty of fan mounts
  • Cons: 1. None so far 2. For OC, the tower is not tall enough for large cooler like Evo 212
