Summary: I have heard of NZXT Phantom case for a long time and have always wanted to own one, but I just couldn't find the need. Recently, my Dell XPS 8500 got overheated and I decided to go for a case upgrade which, I hope, would solve the problem.
Summary: I plan on upgrading the default fans to something else in the future, but for now they will do. The top fan has a white LED which isn't particularly my thing but I don't mind it.
Pros: Sleek design, nicely built for airflow. Side panels come off easily; very easy to use hard drive and disc tray slots.
Cons: Not really a con, but I could see that, if you have a lot of parts, multiple GPUs, a cooling system or multiple disc drives and hard drives, it would get very crowded in the case. If you have just one of every major component (excluding RAM), you'll have plenty of room for your parts and cables. ...
Summary: This is a great case for the money, I got the Gunmetal black color and its awesome looking! The included 140mm fan has a white LED that really makes this case look awesome in the dark. Internally there are TONS of space for huge graphics cards and full ATX boards.
Pros: Very solid build quality lots of space and options removable HDD bay HUGE PLUS Cooling options Space space and more space
Cons: Kinda heavy (nitpick) manual could be a bit more clear
Summary: Fantastic case and offers what I needed. Using just the 2 fans it comes with keeps my components below normal operating temperature (e.g. My i7 4790k functions at 35-40 Celcius while the MFG says normal functioning temperature is 55-65 Celcius unset load).
Pros: - Requires no tools to open the case and install components. Be careful though, the side panels literally slide out with almost no effort. - Plenty of spots for storage devices. The middle section can actually be removed to make room for longer video cards. - Fan speed controller is convenient an...
Cons: - Small space allotted for cable management. My power supply has a reinforced material around the cables which made it a little difficult to put the side panel back on. - The material covering the power button looks like it would start tearing over time because I have to use my nail to press the ...
Summary: This tower is awesome. It keeps things pretty cool, I have a stock CPU cooler and temps stay around 44c, but if I upgraded to a Hyper 212, that CPU would freeze over. Plain and simple. I am using an i5 4590 and this case helps vent out VERY well.
