Could Not Be Happier With This Case

Matt Y., Newegg
  • Summary: The pros far outweigh the cons. It's a wonderful case.
  • Pros: Could not be happier with this case. - Large enough to hold GTX 980 without issue (probably 2) - PCI backplates that can be put back on. Always love this! - Sturdy/heavy metal construction - The case is just beautiful. Looks like a Stormtrooper! - Detachable middle drive bays for larger cards - 3 built in fans!
  • Cons: - The fan control is a bit underwhelming. It seems to be a hard voltage selection as it dims/brightens the LED while changing the fan speed. That said, the fan speed doesn't seem to change all that much with each selection. Perhaps under heavier load the difference in speeds will be more evidence. - I had to cut off a few grommets because they would not stay in.

This case is a beautiful case that does everything as advertised

  • Summary: This case is a beautiful case that does everything as advertised. I used this case in my most recent build and everything i tried to install in this case was an ease. This was my first custom built pc and this case is well organized and really helps you mount your motherboard with step by step instructions. This case has many USB 3.0 ports and is just one of the best looking mid sized cases out there.

Perfect

Kyle K., Newegg

  • Pros: This case is absolutely perfect. Plenty of options for cable management. Even being my first build I had all the cables flush and put the side panel on with zero effort or resistance because the case is so well designed for that. Comes with plenty of fans, and options for expanding and adding up to four more. The removable section of hard drive bays is nice for improved airflow if you only have two hard drives, and the back loading inserts are great for ease of instal...
  • Cons: I wish it came in a black with blue trim. Not really a con for the case itself, but of all the color options they have, that would have been nice to see. Also, the rubber grommets are a nice touch, but they come off SOOOO easily. I was constantly having to fix them throughout the build, and with a bunch of cables sticking through it, that is easier said than done. When they are in place, they look sharp though.

Very well set up

  • Summary: This is a quality case for the money. I upgraded from an Antec case that had lost two fans due to mechanical failure. It only took me about an hour to get everything swapped over to this new case and hooked up. They have done the wiring very well so that the case wires don't get in the way of things. Plenty of space to work with inside the case, which is great. They also include all the screws and mechanical hardware that you need.

Great case! MISSING SCREWS? Check the bottom of my review!

  • Summary: Love love love this case. I've been wanting to get it ever since I wanted to build my own PC 5 years ago. Finally, I was able to, and this case was still my first pick. There is PLENTY of room in here for expansion and with just the 3 stock fans, It cools very well! Not once have the case fans or graphics card started whining from working too hard. The blue LEDs on the fans are a nice touch as well!

  • Summary: Great case. Very roomy inside and looks amazing. I have a 760 inside and there's still plenty of room. Also installed a H100i for cooling with no issues at all. Currently recommending the Phantom cases to others I do builds for.

Sick looking case that has everything you need

Nelson T., Newegg

  • Summary: Over all a good case that will fit most motherboards, heatsinks and graphics cards
  • Pros: The front grill has a built in filter, good air circulation, sharp design, has good amount of space for upgrading and such, can fit my Gigabyte R9 270x that has 3 fans, nice window to view your mother board (if you have water cooling its way better because it won't block the motherboard as much unlike a normal heatsink)
  • Cons: The side panel window could be a bit bigger,

Very nice

  • Summary: Very cool case and designed well. Only complaint is the lower drive bays slide out the wrong side of the case. You need to remove both case sides to manage drives and connectors.

Great case - easy build, lots of room, lots of cooling, sharp looks

  • Summary: Even though it is a "mid size" case, it has an enormous amount of room, it would be difficult to imagine filling up all the bays and slots. The same roominess makes for a very easy build. The three fans are dead silent, construction is high quality, and the looks very sharp!
