BEST CASE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT!

Brian Z., Newegg
4 September 2011
  • Summary: If you are looking for a high end mid tower and you are a Lian-Li fan like me do not pass this case up they sell fast and are out of stock for a while at a time!
  • Pros: This case is one of the best mid tower cases that I have ever owned. The air flow is perfect with not having all the HDD bays and 3.5 Bays in the way of the 3 120mm fans in the front for air intake. When everything is put together and finished, the case displays the entire inside showing off all ...
  • Cons: Some power supplies don't long enough cables to reach all the way up to the HHD bays in the top section and same goes for the CPU 8-pin connector, you will probably need extension adapters like I did.

Fabulous looking case

matthew p., Newegg
9 July 2011
  • Summary: The quality of a Lian Li case is all that it is rumored to be. I am proud to bring this case to every lan party. Compared to the plastic and steel cases I see, I pick this case every time. It's worth buying the Lian Li name if you can afford it. How often do you get a new case?
  • Pros: I've owned this case for just short of a year now and I'm very pleased. I could never find the exact case I wanted until I found this case. I wanted a nice clean case like Lian Li typically makes and also a window, which Lian Li is less likely to make. I have the silver version and with the blue ...
  • Cons: I did notice there is some issue with cable management as another reviewer said. I think it works great, but I also notice a bit of a bulge on my side panel because of the cables. I don't think anyone else but me would notice, but it is an issue. It's also a tall case. When I purchased it it said...

Beautiful case

3 May 2011
  • Summary: This is a high quality case. I was somewhat skeptical of the red color, but in person, it is nice. the case is a bit larger than I expected... maybe with it being red, it just has more presence than I expected. It is definitely a show piece.
  • Pros: Thick panels great build quality good lay out USB 3.0 and with newegg's sale, the price! This case oozes quality. the panels are thick, anodized interior... red color. The color is nice. Not a real deep 'cherry' red, but a nice rose, brushed red. I have another lian li case(PC-B25), and the 900 i...
  • Cons: not of fan of the tool-less latch system for the PCI cards. I knew this going in, so I shouldn't complain. other than that, maybe integrated mounts for 2.5" SSDs. Nothing I can, in fairness, knock it any eggs for.

very nice case

Thomas B., Newegg
29 April 2011
  • Summary: I really like this case, i've had several antecs, a couple of prior lian li's, and a coolermaster. the taller layout and nice finish best all prior cases by a good margin, i'm very happy with it.
  • Pros: The layout accommodates an asus hd6870 with good clearance, on my prior antec solo i had to remove the lower drive cage (rivet removal no fun). With the 3 front fans it keeps the motherboard nice and cool (asus p67 sabertooth with i7 2600k) with fans at lowest speed. With the lights off in the ro...
  • Cons: Couple of things i noticed, first the cutout to help with cpu cooler backplate doesn't allow me to remove\change it without pulling the motherboard. I suspect this has a bit to do with the asus design as there are motherboard mounting points where the cutout would need to be to work for other lay...

As close to perfect for the price.

  • Summary: Specs: I7 2600k Msi p67-agd65 Corsair vengeance 2x4gb 1600 cas 9 ram Xfx 6950 1gb Corsair hx750 Corsair c300 128gb ssd Lian Li pcx900r (this case) I would fully recommend this case. What I wanted was a pcx2000 but for the price I wouldn't complain one bit.
  • Pros: The case is on par with traditional Lian Li cases I've had in the past. Rolled edges, lots of cooling, qiuet. The case is a TALL mid tower. Short on length pretty good width. Plexi glass window is thick and robust. Everything is anti vibration when possible. Hdd cages, psu mount etc. Red was not ...
  • Cons: The biggest gripe I have with this case is that the front of this case is not removable and is one piece rolled over to the top crease. That means the front fan filters for the 3x120mm fans needs the fans removed to be cleaned from the inside. That is not the way most Lian Li cases are set up. I ...

Awesome Case

Mark R., Newegg
24 February 2011
  • Summary: My 800D would actually bend and move under stress this thing is so well built it just doesn't give even with it being made of aluminum.
  • Pros: This is a Mid Tower but the space is like a full tower it only weighs 18 pds,it fits my 5970 and Corsair H70. Esthetically this case is freaking gorgeous with the rounded edges to the brushed red aluminum. And its thick aluminum this case seriously well built,I used to swear by 800D's but the powd...
  • Cons: The price but I got this for 296 and the absolute precision that went into it I might of paid the 400+ but seeing it ba bye 800D I have a new favorite.

  • Pros: Very Nice case, diffrent looks good. Size is nice, Sold my PC-80 armorsuit for this for more desk space. Fine for atx anything larger small amount of modding may be required to make things neat. Quality is good, (side pannels VERY VERY hard to remove but im sure this will wear in over time gettin...
  • Cons: 1. Cable managment is difficult, you have to be super neat running cables behind the mobo tray, beacuase the side pannels only fix in the top and bottom, if your not neat the back pannel will bow out in the middle. somewhat annoying had to leave it on its side for half a week to fix it. 2. Not it...
