Lian Li PC-V354 - Electric Screwdriver Recommended
10 July 2011
Excerpt: Lian Li's new mini tower, the all-aluminum PC-V354 comes in three colors and is equipped with a pair of dazzling LED-lit fans. It also has too many screws for its own good. Read on to find out why we think you'll need an electric screwdriver for this chassis.
Pros: Lightweight aluminum casing, Able to fit long graphics cards
Cons: Installation or maintenance process involves many screws
Conclusion: The Lian Li Mini Q PC-V354 is a sleek Mini-ATX case that will not disappoint you if you're planning to build a compact gaming system or a HTPC with lots of storage capacity. Thanks to its aluminium construction it's very light and despite its compact size it offers almost as much expandability as a mid-tower case.
Conclusion: It’s a well put together chassis, don’t get me wrong. It’s got fantastic build quality, it cools well and it looks great; it’s not a bad case by any means, but I don’t know who would buy this over others already available. Its too small to support full gaming systems with big GPUs, coolers and PSUs and its really too big for a hideaway media system.
Pros: Looks great, Small form factor, Effective, quiet cooling
Cons: No toolless installation, No motherboard tray, No cable routing options, A bit pricey
