Great Budget HTPC Case

Buttermilk, Overclock
5 March 2012
  • Excerpt: I enjoyed building with this case immensely. There is little room in this case for many hard drives or a discrete graphics card. You can use a modular power supply to gain some extra room in the case for airflow or a graphics card. This case didn't disappoint me in any way. The price is ridiculously cheap for what you get. I will be using Lian Li again in the future. Here is a video review of the case.

Lian Li PC-Q07 Mini-ITX PC linux box

Bryan Hepworth, Amazon
2 November 2013
  • Summary: Quality case, excellent price. Only problem encountered was making sure the internal wiring from the motherboard to the power supply didn't snag on the heat sink before closing the panel - fiddly but well worth it for the end result.

Great Case

Mr Murray, Amazon
23 April 2013
  • Summary: Great case and very sturdy. No problems with installation. A PicoPSU is needed to make us of the potential of the case. A 5.25" drive bay adapter would help too for a decent mid range graphics card.

Lian Li Mini-Q PC-Q07 - Mini tower - mini ITX ( ATX )

Sam, Amazon
17 January 2013
  • Summary: The seller sent the item very promptly and well packed. It looks good and works but I found the following problems: There were some screws missing for connecting the DVD drive - this is if you want to fit a 2.5" HD at the bottom of the case as they use the 4 screws. Two of the thumb screws for connecting the PSU unit had the wrong size threads!! Two of the wires that connect the switches to the motherboard pin headers were too short for my particular motherboard.

Not an easy case, but looks great!

Christos5120, Amazon
10 October 2012
  • Summary: This is the smallest Lian Li case, although it takes full ATX PSU. Pros: (1) Looks great! (2) Takes an aftermarket cooler 60mm in height (3) Has space for 2 HDDs, one 3.5'' and one 2,5'' (4) Has one 5.25'' drive bay which provides many options (4) It is small and in Silver (which was my choice) can almost be invisible in the right environment and (5) Quality is excellent!

Sleek but a little expensive

MarkNYorkshire, Amazon
9 November 2011
  • Summary: Cant really fault the case really. I mean it is a bit expensive for what it is but looks sleek and everything fits in without a problem. I havent put much extra in except motherboard, power supply, hdd and extra hdd in a rack. No overheating problems but running a 2GHz atom so I should hope not.

square is best

Dave, Amazon
23 September 2011
  • Summary: Excellent sized , easy to assemble , no problems with the length of the front panel USB sockets - but YMMV deepening on the board. if your wanting to use the expansion slot you have to be aware if you want to put in a dual hight video card , this will inter-fear with the Harddisk slot on the bottom - but no worries for single height ones
