Summary: As always Lian Li has produced a very high quality case. I see the PC-A12 as more of a budget case where it does not have as many thumbs screws - as the PC-A16 for example -, it doesn't have as many fans, and the motherboard tray is not removable. However the layout of the case is very well done. It has lots of room to work with, it has 3.5" external bays, and the quality is superb, just like on any other Lian Li product.
Pros: Quality, Strong, Looks, HDD rack can be turned 90°, 3.5" drive bays, Lockable
Cons: Takes finger prints which are hard to get rid of, Finish can scratch fairly easily, Motherboard tray not removable, Only marginally cheaper to other, more featured Lian Li cases
