Lian Li The Hammer PC-90 Full-Tower Chassis Review

eteknix.com
3 July 2012
  • Conclusion: So as they say, you save the best to last, but to be honest, I don’t really know where to start with this chassis, so lets get all the things I didn’t like out of the way and then we’ll move on to what I do like about it. The build time for this system was appauling, from the outside I had the impression this was going to be a standard installation, but upon opening it and discovering Lian Li have re-invented the wheel in terms of hardware installation I was scraching my...

Lian Li's PC-90: The Hammer Strikes Hard

AnandTech
21 February 2012
  • Conclusion: If you're after pure performance from an enclosure, Lian Li's PC-90 is an excellent place to start looking. Despite quibbles with the assembly, the PC-90 is able to achieve in a smaller space and with less resources and weight what larger enclosures like the Cooler Master Cosmos II and Thermaltake Level 10 GT can do. Lian Li's enclosure almost makes competing cases feel over-engineered by comparison.

Expert Review

Techware Labs
24 January 2012
  • Summary: So once again Lian Li has changed up the computer case design while leaving the exterior of the case unchanged.  Just when you think there isn’t much else you can do with a computer case, Lian Li comes in and WOW’s you once again. The days of the beige PC case that is made of stamped steel and weighs 10~20lbs are long since gone and have been replaced with multiple color options and windows to see the internals which are lit up by light emitting diodes and cases made...

Lian Li PC-90 Computer Case

Benchmark Reviews
12 September 2011
  • Conclusion: Performance when it comes to the PC-90 is all about silence and while it able to effectively keep my E8200 cool it still lacks the cooling prowess of the Antec 900 or Silverstone RV02. Thankfully because of its particularly quiet fans that create less than 25dBA of noise, it makes up for it with its silent performance that makes it perfect for many situations where a loud system would be unacceptable during day to day use.
  • Pros: Light at only 14.77Lbs, Smallish for a HPTX capable case, Silent fan operation, Ten expansion slots, Able to user 400mm/15.75" GPU's, Removable intake fan filters
  • Cons: No cable routing cutouts, Only two 5.25" drive bays

Lian Li PC-90 – "The Hammer": neue Wege gehen!

Technic 3D
26 September 2012
  • Cons: HDD Halterungen blockieren alle anderen Komponenten, komplizierter Komponenteneinbau

Lian Li PC-90B Gehäuse

Gamezoom.NET
2 January 2012
  • Summary: Wer das neue Lian Li PC-90B erwirbt, bekommt in erster Linie ein extrem hochwertiges Gehäuse ohne viel Schnick-Schnack geboten.
