Expert Review

  • Conclusion: We can’t recommend this case for everyone, but for those who fall in love with the look, know that it’s a sound chassis in its own right. You’ll need to be a bit of a neatnik to keep the internals clean, and the cabling routed nicely. And you won’t want to employ this case with an extreme high-end ATX loadout—the cabling could get too ugly, and you'll need to use a relatively low-flying CPU cooler.
  • Pros: Extremely solid build quality, Almost entirely aluminum, All exterior fasteners are thumbscrews
  • Cons: $399 price tag, Handles aren’t well positioned

In Win H-Frame Case Review

Hardware Secrets
18 October 2012
  • Summary: Build a system with the In Win H-Frame and everyone who sees your computer will envy you. It is a design masterpiece with a price tag that reflects its exclusivity. It lacks the price/performance ratio that average users are looking for, but the users who can afford it will love it.

In Win H-Frame

20 September 2012
  • Summary: In Win keeps true to their way of doing things by offering a crazy chassis like this. The In Win H-Frame is by no means a sensible chassis. It comes with an extremely high price tag, offers only basic features, and does not come with any fans. But, before you go ahead and say, "Well then, why would I ever consider this chassis?", let me mention that this is an awesome chassis because of its design.
  • Pros: Incredibly cool looking chassis, Unique "open air" approach, Excellent quality, All aluminum, Hot-Swap bays for all hard drives, 2.5" or 3.5" hard drives possible, USB port on top, Angled ODD bay an excellent design choice, Hot-Swap bays include sleeved cables, Yellow and golden color accents a good choice
  • Cons: Price - unique design comes at a price, No fans included, Dust will enter freely, Noise not encapsulated, Only three 3.5" bays, You have to watch the height of your CPU cooler, Case cables of white/red color

In Win H-Frame

3 August 2012
  • Conclusion: Ridiculously expensive, loud and completely unnecessary? Yep, the H-Frame is all of those things, but it's also very, very cool.
