Love these little cases!

William W., Newegg
4 September 2015
  • Summary: These are great little cases overall aside from minor nit picks. I've used like 20 of them so far & never had quality issues aside from PSU's & fans as noted in CONS. I wish they offered it with a 80+ certified PSU not necessarily just to save some energy (how much is really being saved at 200W max)...
  • Pros: Very compact Nice quality overall (See cons) Cool design/looks Near silent (really CPU fan makes more noise than case fans sometimes)
  • Cons: Not best PSU (Not 80+ & seem to fail ~ 18 months) Case fan get noisy or fail in 12-24 months Should have SSD holes (so no need to drill own or use 3.5 adapter) Wish quality replacement PSU's were more readily available (-1 egg for these otherwise it'd be 5 easy)

Good, room for improvement

Dan J., Newegg
20 January 2015
  • Summary: Seems like a slim optical drive would make more sense in this case. Small case, expect to work a little on cable management.
  • Pros: Fairly clean, didn't catch any sharp edges, looks good, good space for an ITX case
  • Cons: PWM case fan would be nice. Try as I might, I cannot get the fan to run under full speed and it's loud.

Cool for mini-itx

Eric M., Newegg
9 January 2015
  • Pros: My a10-7800 stays under 45C even when its overclocked and under load. Small dimensions are close to the ps4/xbox one so I'd run dual graphics with a low profile card in this case to try to match those systems. Fans are really quiet, even under load.
  • Cons: The hard drive bay has to be removed to add a hard drive and it has four screws holding it in where one screw is buried under the power supply wires, I would have greatly appreciated if they used 1 screw and had it slide out to the left when facing the faceplate.

InWin usually makes good products

Raymond G., Newegg
18 August 2014
  • Pros: Good cabinet build and layout. Excellent ventilation with quiet fans
  • Cons: The top lid of the unit was a tight fit and I couldn't grip the cover properly to slide it off. had to use a screw driver to pry open the unit. The sheet metal frame could have been thicker as it seems to deform rather easily. Took an egg off for that.

  • Summary: Overall its a good case for the price.
  • Pros: Sleek, Very nice looking case. Good cable management despite being small. Everything was fairly easy to install.
  • Cons: The power supply fan is sauntered in place. Why they would do this i have no idea. Fans are decently loud. The power supply screws came stripped, making life a little harder.

User Review

  • Summary: Similar to other reviewers: The Port Authority asked me to cover the blue power LED since I'm in one of the landing approaches to LaGuardia Airport and incoming flights were getting confused.
  • Pros: Compact and quiet. Looks pretty slick, but it does tend to show smudges and fingerprints.
  • Cons: They do tell you that the lower 3.5" doesn't fit a full sized drive. However, it's still a bit of a pain. I would have added another 1/4" to the case and made it tall enough to fit a standard drive.

Good small mini-ITX case

Chris E., Newegg
9 February 2014
  • Summary: I use a i7-4770 for H.264 encoding, so this small system has some horsepower. Improvements I would make in a new version of this case: * Get rid of 5.25in bay and shrink the case a bit more.
  • Pros: Small, room for a full-size DVD/Blu-Ray drive. 300 watt power supply should support most setups.
  • Cons: USB2 only on front panel. Power switch needs improvement. Not many places to attach cable ties.

Great case for the money.

Anthony O., Newegg
30 December 2013
  • Summary: Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I bought this case to go with the GIGABYTE GA-C1037UN motherboard I bought. I will be using this setup as a HTPC.
  • Pros: Cheap Comes with power supply Looks nice
  • Cons: The included 80mm case fan is annoyingly loud. I just ordered an ENERMAX UC-8EB 80mm Case Fan to replace it.
