Good, room for improvement

Daniel J., Newegg
20 January 2015
  • Summary: Seems like a slim optical drive would make more sense in this case. Small case, expect to work a little on cable management.
  • Pros: Fairly clean, didn't catch any sharp edges, looks good, good space for an ITX case
  • Cons: PWM case fan would be nice. Try as I might, I cannot get the fan to run under full speed and it's loud.

Cool for mini-itx

Eric M., Newegg
9 January 2015
  • Pros: My a10-7800 stays under 45C even when its overclocked and under load. Small dimensions are close to the ps4/xbox one so I'd run dual graphics with a low profile card in this case to try to match those systems. Fans are really quiet, even under load.
  • Cons: The hard drive bay has to be removed to add a hard drive and it has four screws holding it in where one screw is buried under the power supply wires, I would have greatly appreciated if they used 1 screw and had it slide out to the left when facing the faceplate.

InWin usually makes good products

Raymond G., Newegg
18 August 2014
  • Pros: Good cabinet build and layout. Excellent ventilation with quiet fans
  • Cons: The top lid of the unit was a tight fit and I couldn't grip the cover properly to slide it off. had to use a screw driver to pry open the unit. The sheet metal frame could have been thicker as it seems to deform rather easily. Took an egg off for that.

User Review

Jeffrey S., Newegg
20 March 2014
  • Summary: Overall its a good case for the price.
  • Pros: Sleek, Very nice looking case. Good cable management despite being small. Everything was fairly easy to install.
  • Cons: The power supply fan is sauntered in place. Why they would do this i have no idea. Fans are decently loud. The power supply screws came stripped, making life a little harder.

Great case for the money.

Anthony O., Newegg
30 December 2013
  • Summary: Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I bought this case to go with the GIGABYTE GA-C1037UN motherboard I bought. I will be using this setup as a HTPC.
  • Pros: Cheap Comes with power supply Looks nice
  • Cons: The included 80mm case fan is annoyingly loud. I just ordered an ENERMAX UC-8EB 80mm Case Fan to replace it.

Good HTPC case

Kevin P., Newegg
5 July 2013
  • Pros: Small form factor, great for HTPC. Looks good in a media center cabinet. Power supply voltage seems to be perfect. Hard to beat for the price.
  • Cons: Power supply and case fan are a little loud. Swapped out the case fan already, may swap out the power supply later. Power led is bright. Just disconnect it if it bothers you.

Nice little case

David A., Newegg
22 June 2013
  • Summary: Not a big deal but I need to change out the case fan as mine is noisy. Good enough value for $50 from a good company. More space than anticipated. VERY bright power light, too bright to be near tv. Will disconnect.
  • Pros: Good company. Good price. A bit more room than expected.
  • Cons: Noisy fan.

Nice Case, Warning on Mini-ITX Motherboard Design Though

Josiah D., Newegg
31 May 2013
  • Summary: - If you are going to use a mini-IX board with one of those extra boards on it that runs upward on the side (This one for example - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131932), this case will not work for you as the sideboard will cover the fan halfway resulting in the PSU not...
  • Pros: - Small Compact case - Looks cool - Comes with PSU
  • Cons: - Does not fit ITX PSUs. Disappointing for an ITX case. - The way that you have to mount your PSU requires the fan to blow across the motherboard. It would be nice to see the PSU mounting get reversed with a vent on the opposite side so that hot air is directed out the side instead of the inside ...
