Nice Mini-ITX Case

Jonah M., Newegg
19 November 2011
  • Summary: Overall, great case.....includes mounting hardware for a slim and regular 5.25" CD/DVD/Blu-Ray drive. The Short expansion slot is awesome as well......maybe it could include another, but the size will increase unfortunately.
  • Pros: Small. Sturdy. Strong. Love the way things are hidden on the front to make the case more sleek. Same quality of the other highly rated In Win cases, especially the 'black' version. Do not let the initial reviewer deter you you from a great purchase
  • Cons: Noise.....not the loudest case (fan) that I own.....but I have a couple bigger In Wins that are MUCH quieter than this case.......but size mattered more than noise......I have considered replacing one of the fans ?Color, I own 2 of the black ones, which I prefer.....but this case was a little che...

Still the BEST mITX Case Design!

Michael B., Newegg
3 October 2011
  • Summary: This case is the perfect size. Other cases are either too square or too long. I don't even consider other mITX cases anymore.
  • Pros: Overall Design is outstanding!!! This is the 3rd case of this design I've purchased since they are so well thought out. Everything fits snug (even with two hard drives and a DVD installed) with just enough air passage to keep everything cool. The PSU will manage up to a 95watt CPU, two hard drive...
  • Cons: The case fan is a little noisy.

Nice case, bad packaging

Chris G., Newegg
22 October 2010
  • Summary: I'm waiting for the motherboard to arrive to test the whole thing out.
  • Pros: great little case for an atom motherboard. Build solid and looks great.
  • Cons: NewEgg has let me down for the first time. They forgot to package the darn thing before shipping it. The manufacturer's box is really thin and flimsy and exposes its contents a lot. NewEgg should have boxed it before shipping, just like they do with everything else they sell.

So So

Greg C., Newegg
29 September 2010
  • Pros: Good interior design, easy to install MB, small form factor, excellent coolingattractive.
  • Cons: Front panels lights don't work (purchased 5 of these and none work), front panel USB's are hit and miss working, do NOT try using full size CD-ROM as they'll cause overheating. There is NO TECH SUPPORT OR RESPONSE from this company.

Nice Little Case

Anonymous, Newegg
20 September 2010
  • Summary: Top case fan is 80mm not 90mm like some people say. I used the Cooler Master R4-SPS-20AK-GP to replace it. Runs a lot quieter than the supplied fan. Use 6" Sata II cables, they keep the case less cluttered.
  • Pros: Really nice looking case. Build quality is top notch. Holds 2 or 3 hard drives. Comes with faceplate and mounting bracket for either 5.25" Optical drive, OR, Slim optical drive and 3.5" HD. Really quiet PSU.
  • Cons: 1. If you are going to use a 5.25" optical drive you need a Molex 4 pin to Sata extender for power. Otherwise the supplied connector is too short. Also a 5.25" drive severely limits the height of what cpu heatsink you can use. 2. If you use a Slim optical drive you may need to bend the holding br...

Almost perfect little case

Anonymous, Newegg
2 May 2010
  • Summary: Things get crowd quickly when you have multiple drives. Overly long cables will cramp the case to a point where it won't close. I used 6" SATA cables. Not really a con since this is a small case.
  • Pros: Looks great. Good built quality. Accommodates up to 4 drives -- slim ODD, 3.5" HDD directly underneath, additional 3.5" in HDD drive cage, and another 2.5" HDD directly on top of the HDD drive cage.
  • Cons: Only 3 power connectors -- 2 SATA and 1 Molex. The 2 SATA power connects are so close together you can't connect a 3.5" and 2.5" at the same time because the 2.5" is shorter so its power connector doesn't line up with the 3.5" HDD's. This looks like a design flaw since the HDD cage accommodates a...

yikes...

Sweena F., Newegg
13 April 2010
  • Summary: I really wanted to love this case. It just looks so good, but both cases that I ordered were DOA. Power supply was bad on both. I guess what most people are saying about the stock itx PSUs are true. Went ahead and ordered a Winsis ITX case.
  • Pros: Aesthetically pleasing Compact
  • Cons: Sharp insides Power supply no good

Nice Case with the price I had paid

Pankaj, Amazon
12 January 2012
  • Summary: I had built my HTPC and chosen this case for my mini ITX board. After trying various case I finally settled down for Inwin case BM series, I had looked at BL series also but I doubt they can accomodate my DVBS-low profile pci-e Card. (+) It looks nice near my Sony Bravia, Nice finish.

Small marvel

SMary, Amazon
2 December 2011
  • Summary: Amazingly small considering it can take a full size optical drive and a 3.5" drive. You certainly need to use a low profile fan (Noctua NH-L9i in my case) and replacing the supplied case fan can make it quieter still.
