Good and Bad

Summary: I called Fractal Designs at 3 PM PDT and got an answering machine. I left a message and asked if they could give me or sell me some cable extensions and I never received any phone call back.
Pros: Large and it's got the awesome cable management holes. It's truly great at keeping the system quiet and there's barely any detectable vibration from the case.
Cons: The placement of the cage for the power supply is pretty awful. You will need a power supply with extra long cables or cable extensions in order to get the cables organized. Also, the side where all the cables feed out from the hard drive bays is very cramped and if you have stiff cables, you're ...
Summary: The rubber feet for holding a PSU are in the wrong spot. They are so far back that if you have a small PSU they won't even support the thing. The main VGA out on my mobo barely fit, and was unusable because of how close the metal of the case sits (it couldn't screw in); I ended up using an alternate...
Pros: Quiet Plenty of USB ports Roomy
Cons: Not all the cutouts were where they should be. The PSU cable cutout is next to the PSU, well over an inch away from the cables, meaning that if you have a PSU with lots of cables that can't bend, you're pretty much doomed. The top fan is huge, and leaves very little clearance. I have an ATX mobo,...
Summary: It is a nice and well laid out case big but not overdone or flashy.
Pros: Beautiful yet simple case design, goes well in living room with no distraction while using tv unlike 932 haf cm case it replaced. Very spacious, long wiring for front panel.. All black, near inaudible.
Cons: Ok now this may only be ups' letdown not newegg or fractal designs, but I noticed a soon as I take it out of the box front bottom right corner was bent/knocked down a little causing door to not have a nice fit and finish luckily its all black harder to see.. And the snapping mechanism for the fro...
Summary: I thought I would spend a little extra and treat myself to a nice case for my file server. Unfortunately, now all I have to show for it is a headache. I get to spend a several weeks with Western Digital and Seagate tech support instead of admiring my new quieter file server.
Pros: The case is very solidly constructed, roomy, and well designed. The quick release hard drives that pull out to the side are pretty great. The case is also very quiet and cable management is pretty simple
Cons: The motherboard standoffs that came with my case were about an 8th of an inch too short. Because of this, at least one of my SATA controller cards didn't seat correctly and corrupted three of my hard drives. Obviously, I didn't notice the standoffs were the wrong size or that the SATA cards didn'...
