Summary: Give it 5 stars due to customer service. The headphone slot on the front top of the case sometimes doesn't fit all headphones too well (I have Audio-Technica ATH-M50 headphones and I have to frequently press down to keep the jack in full contact). Once I tripped over the wire and it tore through the audio port. I contacted Fractal Design to see how I could find a part to replace it. They answered my email the following day and sent via Fed-Ex a replacement audio port.
Summary: I was amazing with this case when it came in. I actually almost called my friend who taught me how to build computers many many years ago at like 2 in the morning just to brag to him how awesome this case is. The funny thing is the part that got me the most was how everything was packaged, especially the screws and stuff. After dealing with many cases over the years, I have to say this was the most pleasant simply because of that alone.
Summary: I love this case so far, and it is very sleek. Cables have already been routed through the back and in mostly the right positions, and appears to be really decent quality. What I don't like about the case is the manual that comes with it is very lacking. As somebody that hasn't built a computer in the past 3-4 years...some of the front power plus I wasn't 100% for sure where they went. The book says nothing about what the power plugs are for or where they go.
Summary: To start with, this is my second case. My first was an open, loud case with really big fans, so it was pretty loud. The difference in sound between the R4 and my old case is huge. Runs near silent, even with a big, dual fans cooled GPU inside. Good stuff: second to none build quality, understated aesthetics are very nice (your mileage may vary), lots of room to work and expand, extra hardware Not-so-good stuff: drive trays do not provide a lot of overhang with 2.5...
Summary: Great case. Tons of room to build, cable management options aplenty. I recommend picking up a few more fans to take advantage of airflow options. Even with top sound insulators removed for exhaust fan, still whisper quiet. The ability to remove, or rotate the drive bays for better airflow is nice. Built in 3 speed fan switch for up to 3 fans is a plus.
Summary: This product met all of my expectations and more. I coupled this case with a new heatsink for my CPU instead of the stock option and this thing is surprisingly quiet. I recently moved my machine to our living room and it was ridiculously too loud beforehand. With this case it has improved it immensely. I would recommend this case to anyone and might actually be buying another soon.
Summary: I bought this case to upgrade from a HP built PC. Needless to say it was very easy installing and running wires throughout the case. The case blocks out a good amount of sound. You can still hear your fans if they are turned on at full blast but that is expected. 5/5 I found nothing wrong with this product!
Summary: I'm impressed with how easy this case was to setup. The wiring scheme is very good and clean. The components are quiet. I hardly know my computer is on unless I play a video game and then the video card ramps up a little noise. I would recommend this case without reservations.
Summary: Nicest self-build case I have had the pleasure of using. Cable routing is super simple, although I WISH manufacturers would put in some kind of routing channels in the backboard instead of using cable ties, it's messy but not necessarily visible. Build quality is excellent, and plenty of space to work.
Summary: There were no defects, flaws, our missing components in my order from Goodios on the Amazon Marketplace. The case has great functionality and easily fit my Hyper EVO 212 CPU cooler, as well as my MSI GTX 770 OC Twin Frozr. If you want to take advantage of motherboard fan controllers for every available position in this case, make sure your MB has CPU+6 chassis fan pins (2 front, 2 top, 1 back, 1 bottom).
