Looks nice, decent build quality, but problems

Summary: Other than those 2 problems, everything else is fine. I wish I spent the extra $ and went with a NZXT H440 or Phanteks Enthoo, but oh well.
Pros: - Quality construction and materials - Nice modern design - Price - VERY quiet
Cons: - The front audio jack doesn't work. All I hear is static when I plug headphones in. I can connect it to the back i/o, so no sense in going through the trouble of a return. This is not a build or user error. I've been building for 10 years and double checked. Upon doing some research, this is a c...
Summary: This would have been a 5 star case EXCEPT for the way the way the front fan mounts. After a couple months I ordered two new fans because I was hearing a constant vibrating noise and assumed one of the fans was going bad.
Pros: - Great, modern design - Easy to work with, plenty of room to run cables, good airflow - Removable HD tray to improve airflow if you don't have more than four HDs
Cons: - Front fan is only held in by plastic clips (see comments below) - Cable connecting front USB ports becomes loose very easily (known defect on support page but easy to fix)
Pros: 1) Good looking 2) silent 3) internally well organized.
Cons: 1) Instructions could not be any worse (almost non-existent) 2) LED came in defective and I had to replace it myself as I only noticed after assembling the whole computer (Fractal sent me a replacement light button + LED cables, which of course came without instructions, which do not exist anywhe...
Pros: I have used this case in the past to build a PC for my nephew. When does not have production faults, it can be a great, near silent case option that has plenty of interior space.
Cons: The motherboard standoff holes on my personal case were not drilled to the proper size by the manufacturer. This made the case absolutely worthless/ unusable and is leading to a costly return via Newegg ($40 return shipping on a $110 case). Purchase with caution.
Pros: Quality is some what better with this case. Not so "tin" like materials. Lots of drive bays and fan options. Case fan filters remove for cleaning.
Cons: Broken front fan access panel that allows one to clean the front fan area. Want to get a replacement part from manufacture since it is a small piece to replace. Tried Fractal's customer support number and it is disconnected. Also tried emailing them using their online submission process, twice. W...
Summary: Purchased and received the case from Newegg. Upon inspection, found some gouges on the front and side panels, as well as a few bent screws holding the case together. I Went on the advice of the literature that was packaged with the case, stating that instead of returning the case, to contact...
Pros: Very nice looking case. Quiet fans, excellent cable management and ruggedly built.
Cons: Apparently, someone likes to play soccer with the cases before packaging them. Non-existent Customer Service
Summary: If it wasn't for the paint chip I would be completely satisfied. Be advised that if you are running an h80i or similar 120mm radiator closed loop coolers you will only be able to mount that radiator in the exhaust port.
Pros: Lots of room Quiet Looks great Good Stock Fans Fan Controller Cool Temps
Cons: Nasty paint chip in the corner. It came that way from Newegg. It seems like the paint is not very durable, and it will likely continue to chip from the same area. Not too pleased about that, but it's a real hassle to RMA a case. This might be the last time I actually order a case from Newegg beca...
Summary: Just to add to my review. Why put a window on the left side of the case, yet make the front "door" open to the left? Makes no sense. Shouldn't it open to the right? I mean, I would assume the window would be facing the user (you know, so we can see inside) so why does the door open toward you?
Pros: See below
Cons: Window on the left side, front panel door opens to the left. It should open to the right. See Other thoughts.
Summary: After reading the reviews for this case I ordered it, when it arrived it was packaged perfectly and the case itself looked very slick. However this case had some issues. Two of the USB ports at the top just came out of the case after a couple of uses of plugging in and unplugging USB devices.
