Good product, some minor drawbacks

wayne s., Newegg
  • Summary: I have the 240mm Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX Liquid CPU Cooler. While it does fit into the built in screw holes, the connection where the hose slides onto the radiator rubs against the back fan.
  • Pros: Attractive shape Solid build Easy to remove drive cage
  • Cons: While a 240mm fan will fit, it might rub against the rear fan. I needed the top radiator holes moved forward about 1/16th of an inch more.

Easy First Time Build

Tristan M., Newegg
21 March 2016
  • Pros: - Lots of space - LED's are just the right brightness - Air filters are a plus and easy to clean - Paint on the aluminum and the plastic are the same shade, or close enough to not be able to tell
  • Cons: - Panel removal was slightly confusing at first - Popouts for the front panel expensions are very sharp, they will hurt you if you're not careful - The window isn't as clear as displayed, very dark and hard to see through, may be better if you're planning to add a lot of interior lighting

Good case barely room enough for my hardware though

Fernando G., Newegg
29 February 2016
  • Summary: I have a captain 240 cooler for the cpu and a GeForce GTX980Ti Hybrid and I had to do a lot of McGyvering to be able to fit them inside this case along the Gigabyte z170 gaming GT.
  • Pros: good space for cable managing
  • Cons: It's a shame that the window is not totally clear instead of the dark smoke color I wanted a cased with a window to be able to see the cool stuff inside and this one is so dark you can barely see inside, which defeat the purpose of having it

BEAUTIFUL CASE

John Z., Newegg
20 February 2016
  • Summary: The only thing I would change on this case is the placement of the rear exhaust. When mounting a water cooling unit the hoses are way too close even, stopping the fan. That problem will be only for the ones wanting to go water cooled, air cooled the flow is perfect.
  • Pros: If you are looking for a mid size tower with A LOT of room this is the one for you. The dimensions are a little bigger than stated but thats great for me. AMPLE cooling with 3 pre-installed 120mm fans and room to add 3 more. The top vent I mounted a H100i GTX Hydro Cooling and mounts fairly well.
  • Cons: When mounting the Hydro Cooler I had to mount it flipped with the hose connections to the front side. It pressed right against the rear exhaust fan. That is the only con Ive ran across.

Great Case

Peter L., Newegg
12 January 2016
  • Pros: Plenty of Room for cabling, board and Graphics cards
  • Cons: Take the plastic off the window as soon as you receive it in case it needs to be returned. Case came with cracked side window which I only noticed after installing all my components and then removed the protective plastic covering on the window. Contacted Enermax who wanted to charge me $8 to RMA...

Very nice case

Bernard D., Newegg
11 January 2016
  • Summary: I've built several PCs over the years although I haven't build one from the case up for a few years. You know you're getting old when it's time to teach your son how to build one.
  • Pros: - Plenty of space to work in - Comes with all needed accessories (cable wraps, screws, standoffs) - Default 3 fans included - Looks nice - Removable middle drive cage - Flexible position SSD cage (can be mounted inside the removable drive cage or on bottom of case - Convenient media panel on top ...
  • Cons: Not much negative here. Hunting for nits, I'd list these: - The default installed standoffs will work with a variety of boards, but with the Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z97 we used, the side of the board closest to the front of the case didn't have many standoffs. Really a minor issue that caused no probl...

Big, tough, and looks good!

Anonymous, Newegg
10 January 2016
  • Summary: The upper console power indicator will shine right in your eyes if you keep the computer below eye level. Not a con, but it is a bit annoying. Wish it had been installed facing forward rather than up. Not certain what's up with the cut-out in the upper right-hand corner.
  • Pros: I love this box :) The expanded spaces to either side make installing large or unwieldy components easy ( or even possible). The extra room makes cable management far better than most other cases that I've had in the past. The extra space also improves air circulation, and my current build is one...
  • Cons: There is no way to install 12 fans, despite the specifications listed on this page. Perhaps if you could cluster 85's... but there are no installation slots for those, only 120's and up. Not a con per se, but don't be misled.

Good case

Adam K., Newegg
27 November 2015
  • Summary: Rear fan not LED. Quick swap out with a LED fan no biggie. As said in other reviews... The blue power LED is bright as hell! Small square of electrical tape fixed it.
  • Pros: Great case with plenty of room and good cable management. Some say the 240mm dual liquid cooler wont fit in the top but I got the Enermax dual cooler up there. It wont fit exactly in specified holes but will fit. Have the MSI 990FXA Gaming board in there with the liquid cooler in the top.
  • Cons: Large liquid coolers take some finagling to fit inn the top of the case but not to big a deal. Side window is tinted so some interior lighting is needed to show off your work.

Pretty good budget case

Joshua V., Newegg
1 November 2015
  • Summary: Pretty good budget case that has served me well for over a year. I have done some builds on more expensive cases and you can tell the difference in quality. But for the price this has served its purpose well.
  • Pros: Solidly built, good looking, plenty of room for cooling, decent amount of room for wire management, durable, build in filters, side panels come off with thumb screws, USB 3, built in fans are really quiet.
  • Cons: Lacking a little bit of room behind the motherboard for wires, I have a hard time closing my case with a bunch of extra wires shoved back there. Filters are a little difficult to put back on and are a little fragile. The blue power light on the front panel is so bright. Like way too bright. And i...

  • Pros: Low Cost Easy Installation Superb Cable Management This was my first computer build, and i selected this case based on price and overall good reviews of this product, also fit in well with the red theme i had going on. My initial reaction was the size of this case, it's quite large, which is a go...
  • Cons: The blue LED power light at the top (to quote another review below me) "burns with the light of 1000 suns", which is extremely accurate. Man is this thing bright. The smoke tinted window is also a little dark. I would prefer it to be lighter
