Summary: One reason I chose this case over others is because it only has one LED that can have its style changed, or even turned off. I can't stand all the computer geeks who feel like they have to light up their case like a Christmas tree.
Pros: This case is all black, with lots of convenient features for cable management. Has lots of room to work with so you can manage all your parts easily. The design allows for good airflow. Also if you want to drop the cash, you can add more fans easily (I've found that what came with it is more than...
Cons: It's big? I don't think of that as a con, but others might. I personally like a big sturdy case protecting all my precious hardware.
Pros: The case itself is great and I have no complaints. Plenty of room to work with. My rebate was approved by Enermax on Aug 12th ( so they say ) I have emailed them twice now and have gotten no response as to where my rebate check is. So if your buying it because you think your going to get a $40 re...
Summary: If the drive door really bothers you, you can leave it off. It looks to be only window dressing anyway. I discovered that a 80mm fan can be securely placed inside the 3.5" drive bay using the same bumpers that hold the drives. If you don't go kicking the case around, the fans will stay put.
Pros: Solid design. Even the plastic parts feel sturdy. Lots of extra features and little niceties (black screws, velcro ties, variable speed front fan, washable fan filters). Good cable management. Good cooling, for the most part. Easy to work in, especially with removable top. Plenty of room for most...
Cons: Flimsy internal drive bay door/cover thing. The materials are fine, but the hinges are just tabbed pieces of metal that fit into slots. They are easy to get out of the slots, but surprisingly difficult to get back in. 3.5" drive bay is almost completely enclosed. I am not sure how much air passes...
Pros: Decent price if you catch a rebate & free shipping. E-Sata front port & SATA dock are cool features. Room for a 2.5" Drive. Screws are labelled well! Cut out for easy installation of large aftermarket cpu coolers that require a backplate.
Cons: Hard drive cage does not allow for easy insertion of hard drives. Trying to install 3 Velociraptors was impossible as the cages are a little too small, and they warped. The metal is very thin guage.
Summary: pci pieces are "one-time use" only. no use 3.0
Pros: Solid. all black, cool led light, 3 hot swap bays, dust filter for front fan and power supply fan
Cons: Space is not "plenty" for backside cable routing, if your psu has a huge 24pin calbe, you have to push it hard to fit. Hard drive bay cannot be taken out, I turned the front fan speed to maximum but still feel no air flow behind the bay. This is terrable! pci pieces are "one-time use" only
Summary: All-in-all, I bought this due to discount and rebate and generally am disappointed with it. I have built countless PCs over 30 years. Cases generally have improved over time, but this one actually goes backwards. Here are some more cons: the 5.25 easy mount mechanism slips.
Pros: Very solid construction, swing-out front fan for hard drive cage is nice, top slot for inserting bare 3.5 or 2.5 SATA drive is a VERY NICE feature. The 2 bottom hot-swap front-accessible bays are nice - but haven't used them yet so not sure yet that they will work. Some appealing feature, but the...
Cons: Was disappointed on the case sides - the left side does NOT come off or go back on easily. Both sides are somewhat hard to close. The top slot for the SATA drive wouldn't release the 3.5 WD SATA drive I inserted into it because of a protruding screw on the drive that caught on the doors the fold ...
Summary: There is a SATA for the top and the front expansion bays I did't get much use of. My MB layout ran out of space. (Vid card overlaps SATA ports). I bought this as a replacement to an old Antec case. Couldn't be much happier.
Pros: Lots of access points, lots of places to route cable. Few tols required. My optical drives are mismatched, this case still looks sharp because they can be hidden behind the bay covers.
Cons: Fan light has red and blue led, little button for speed and modes, however most of the modes are distracting, flash slowly. Sure it's nit picky, bur that's my only beef.
Pros: Replaced my Thermaltake V3 This is a very rigid build, case, lots of cable management, and enclosed hard drive cage. 3!!! HOT-SWAP BAYS!!! you just cant beat that. Lots of room to work with, the top fan be added with a radiator
Cons: I don't have a con on the case. WELL, rebate on the other had I would not count on it. Unless you'd like a gift card from enermax, but i prefer a check from them. For this reason, it is disappointing, since I'm a budget thrifty builder, so I wouldn't buy anything enermax anytime soon.
Pros: SATA Dock and SATA bays are fantastic. Great Priced case for all the great features you get like the dock and bays, cable management is good. A pleasure to build in.
Cons: not much room behind motherboard tray to keep all extra cables to that side. door to hard drive cage(internal one) flimsy and has to be pulled the right way for it to close correctly, but how often you going to open that one afterall.
