Fatal Design Flaw?

James J. Nelson, Amazon
26 January 2013
  • Summary: I bought this case with the expectation that I could install eight 120 mm 2000 rpm fans for extra cooling as advertised. But no matter how I install the extra fans, I get serious case vibrations and buzzing from the case. Even with the nice rubber grommets that they provide for installing fans. The buzzing is so irritating that I had to uninstall my 2000 rpm fans and go back to the stock fans which seem to work without any case vibrations.

Defective reset and non-existent customer support

DanDeeMann, Amazon
7 August 2012
  • Summary: This case came straight from the box with a defective reset switch. I know it was the switch because I could jumper the reset pin on the motherboard and it would reset. Also the front cover had a shallow dent in it. So...I tried calling customer support - forget that. After waiting for a very long time on hold (about 10 minutes) the automated response finally came back saying no agent was available and disconnected the call. I tried this three times.

Some poor design issues

Jax, Amazon
7 May 2014
  • Summary: After hunting around for a new case i found this one and it seemed perfect for what i needed for my gaming rig. However upon arrival, which was very prompt, i discovered that actually this case is a little lacking and the design is more for looks then use. The first thing i want to mention is that the image doesn't show the fan vents on the plastic window which it really should do as these vents look pretty grim.

Does not work with smaller motherboards.

A crazed hobo, Amazon
3 January 2014
  • Summary: I ordered this case and it came really quickly, i was eager to start building my pc right away. Since i already had a pc it was a matter of moving the parts from one case to another. Seems easy and quick. Right? Well no, i put my m-atx motherboard in and plugged all the wires and other componants but when i went to turn it on, nothing. I spent upwards of 5 hours trying to fix the issue thinking it was me.
