Pros: On the whole, this seems to be an easy case to work with, but I'm still having trouble with the build.
Cons: This case doesn't seem to have a speaker, and I have no idea how to get one that would fit. How does one hear the ping to indicate that the motherboard is posting? My motherboard doesn't have any lights that would serve this purpose.
Pros: Case is great. It is whisper quite from a few feet away. Plenty of space for drives, cables and fans. This case looks great as well. I like that the optical drives are behind a door. (Some may see that as a con but it can be removed.)
Cons: Don't bother with the rebate... They will receive your rebate from and mysteriously tthe UPC and receipt will have vanished? The case deserves 4.5-5 eggs, but the whole rebate fiasco has me slightly bitter.
Summary: Dont get me wrong I love this case but it really irritates me when a company fails to honor their promises. I provided them with everything they asked for (more then enough for proof of purchase) and like others have said here they will not honor it.
Pros: 1. Good design with plenty of hard drive space and cable management. 2. I like the padded interior to reduce noice
Cons: Did not honor their rebate. See other thoughts
Pros: Attractive, spacious and easy to build. Hides cables easily.
Cons: Not nearly as quiet as everyone is saying. I have had cases with less sound suppression material running much quieter. Design is stupid. If you are listening with headphones in the front panel the cables go through the panel door to get to the connectors. So be careful when you open the panel, do...
Summary: This is a very quiet case. It is on par with my old P180 The panels on the P180 don't flex like the side panels on this do, but this case also has more cooling. The most annoying feature of the P180 was the weird 3.5" external bay and fan in the bottom chamber.
Pros: Having had experience with a lot of cases over the years (mostly Antec), I have to say that this is a nice case. Not as well built and sturdy as a my old Antecs, but definitely better than Thermaltakes and some other companies. There is tons of room in the case and being able to route the cables ...
Cons: Like others, my new Seasonic PSU had one screw hole that wouldn't line up. That's very odd. While the screwless design is convenient for installing stuff, I found that the 5.25" bays would wiggle around so I ended up putting screws in anyway. Also, the 5.25" devices end up off center leaving a ga...
Summary: As good as most of the reviews said it would be. Very high quality components. fit and finish are quite good. Unfortunately there were two (from what i am finding... common ) flaws. The first was the small plastic clips that hold the front door on. 3 of the 4 were broken off.
Summary: DO NOT BELIEVE THE CORSAIR REBATE CARD! I FOLLOWED THE RULES EXACTLY AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO HONOR THE REBATE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE REFUSED A REBATE IN THE LAST MONTH. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE OK, BUT THE REBATE REALLY DOESN'T EXIST.
Pros: Fairly quiet. Nice design. Very tight fit for the Asus X79 Sabertooth MB and H100 CPU cooler.
Cons: Too much plastic. Door is hard to open and close. You cannot have anything sitting on top of the box while opening/closing the door or it will fall off.
Summary: pros: very well designed internally and externally silent enough to be able to sleep having the tower on a few meters away from my head easy access to HDDs lots of routes to hide extra-cabling cons: pricey I had to trash my HDD/SSD hot-swap icy-dock because it hit the metallic front panel when fully...
