Huge Disappointment

Jared N., Newegg
20 October 2014
  • Pros: HDD and power LED lights are a nice white instead of annoying blue.
  • Cons: Steel case material is paper thin and super flimsy. Side panels warp easily. Not a whole lot of room behind the board for cable routing. Fan filters are a cheap perforated sheet of plastic stuck on with magnetic tape. They restrict air flow more than filter air. A fiber weave type filter would wo...

Horrible Service

Chris D., Newegg
21 January 2014
  • Summary: Did I mention AWFUL Corsair customer service?
  • Pros: Awesome case other than a bad USB 3.0 header.
  • Cons: Corsair has unbelievably bad customer service. Their web interface is horrendous and it's a major hassle to get your trouble ticket logged. The interface doesn't work with ie11. Using chrome, I was finally able to register my ticket. I received e-mail confirmation that I would be contacted within...

Uber Pooper

Joshua C., Newegg
19 April 2013
  • Pros: innovative looking design...
  • Cons: Crappola...I shouldn't have to waste anymore time but...the drive bays for optical drives are designed with catches for the faceplates they have installed as covers but those bulk out the frame around the sides of the drives...looks like the drives are too wide but really case design flaw. Next u...

Front Panel USB Broken

Jacob E., Newegg
14 March 2013
  • Summary: Would be 5 Eggs but having not only no 3.0 functionality, but no USB front functionality at all is a major drawback for me. At the price point I expected better quality.
  • Pros: Great case for installation, lots of room. Tool-less system has been very handy. Silent so far.
  • Cons: Front panel 3.0 USB ports do not work at all. I tried them using the 3.0 mobo slot as well as the 3.0 ---> 2.0 adapter on a couple different slots. At first I thought it was my motherboard but it appears to be the case's ports that are broken. After doing some quick googling it appears this is so...

FAIL!

Clayton S., Newegg
5 February 2013
  • Summary: Yeah, I got other stand offs and screw, but the case should be able to be used with the supplied hard ware.
  • Pros: Do not know, unable to use.
  • Cons: the mother board stand offs supplied have a different thread size than the screws supplied, I can not install the mother board with the supplied hardware. This case is unusable the way it was sold to me.

Complete disappointment!

Lorenas, Amazon
26 April 2013
  • Summary: I thought Corsair makes better quality products and service. First of all, motherboard mount screws, that were already, were sharp enough to damage motherboard, but luckily there were few spare screws in packaging. After installing all components to the case, started PC and..

User Review

Blitz Alexey, Yandex
11 May 2014
