Too Small for Full-size ATX Baords and Liquid Cooler

Andrew S., Newegg
29 November 2014
  • Summary: There was no instruction manual shipped with this case to explain the various buttons on the front. I appreciate that this case shipped with plastic zip ties and other implements for cable management, but the zip ties were way too small and there are few places on the case to attach them.
  • Pros: Good amount of fan connections - supports good air flow
  • Cons: I bought this case because it was listed by corsair as being compatible with their H105 closed-loop CPU liquid cooler. While it's compatible in the sense that the top of the case has two unoccupied fan slots, the fans plus the radiator take up way too much space inside the case. So much space tha...

I ended up returning this product for a variety of ...

S01001000, Amazon
7 October 2014
  • Summary: I ended up returning this product for a variety of reasons, the most important of which is that it has a ridge which, on larger boards, prevented my use of the majority of my motherboard's SATA ports, despite it being within the advertised form factor.

Worked well for six months

Lawrence M., Newegg
30 March 2014
  • Pros: Worked very well for 6 months.
  • Cons: Both front fans, power button, and Side fans died after 6 months. Currently waiting on RMA from corsair, though I hope I do not have to RMA the entire case. This is the second Corsair component that has died on me in 6 months, the first being the K95 keyboard which is currently in RMA. I had to p...

Dead front panel power/reset buttons, awful Corsair customer service, do not buy.

John D., Newegg
2 March 2014
  • Summary: This experience has really shattered my up-until-now favorable perception of Corsair. The next rig I build will be 0% Corsair.
  • Pros: Looks cool, lots of room, great air flow
  • Cons: There's a widespread issue with this case: the front panel power/reset buttons tend to be dead or die very soon after purchase. You can request new front panel I/O parts to fix this, but Corsair customer service is awful. I made a ticket a week ago and have yet to hear from anywhere.

Broken Power Button

GOHAR K., Newegg
5 February 2014
  • Pros: A great case to work with. The fans built in are pretty silent, only being able to just barely hear them when set to high. Easy to access HDD bays. LED Lights among the fans make it look nice at night. USB 3.0 slots built in in front. Plenty of room for routing wires behind the motherboard.
  • Cons: The power button on mine doesn't work. Had to rewire the pwr wire into the rst swtch port to be able to use the reset button to turn on/off the comp. Corsair support claims to attend to customers problems within one business day, unfortunately, it has been more than a few days for me.

Still haven't received rebate.

Angelisse A., Newegg
19 October 2013
  • Summary: We haven't received our rebate months after submitting the required documentation. We've emailed Corsair about our problem, but they've since stopped replying. Very disappointed in level of customer service for this issue.
  • Pros: -Excellent airflow -Looks great -Very roomy -Easy cable management
  • Cons: Nothing wrong with case, terrible customer service. See other thoughts.

Roman_T, NCIX.com
28 February 2013
  • Summary: My biggest complaint are the HDD cages. So flimsy. Runs cool and not very loud, though I wouldn't place it into a "Silent Cases" category. Wouldn't buy again though.
  • Pros: 200mm fan, front USB 3.0 ports, nice paint job.
  • Cons: Everything else.

Rad S., NCIX.com
1 March 2012
  • Summary: Satisfactory, but greatly disappointed. Maybe it is just my case lately, since Corsair products and me are not getting along very well, hope better luck to others. Corsair will definetly not be getting any of my money anymore. Cons: 1.
  • Pros: - Aesthethics (subjective, of course), - Quality and fit of cable feed-through grommets, - Case finish (powder coat)
  • Cons: - (3) of the (6) installed motherboard stand-offs were sub-par quality, where the screw would only catch on the last, one, thread, with the mobo in place one of the three stand-offs would not even retain the mounting screws; no it was not a coarse thread vs. fine thread issue. A screw could easy ...

Compatability problem with PSU

MR PETER EVANS, Amazon
22 February 2014
  • Summary: I bought this Corsair case together with the Corsair Power Supply Unit TX650m; but the screw holes in the casing did not line up with the PSU holes. I was able to fit 3 screws with a struggle but the 4th was way off by about 1.5 cm.
