Pros: Interesting cable management solution. Removable panels on 3 sides make for easy access.
Cons: Power button was non-functional out of the box. Using the reset button lead to function as the power button instead. Very annoying, but not worth the hassle of uninstalling all my components and going through the RMA process.
Summary: For a while, I actually liked this case. But then the bundled 200 mm fan failed. No problem, just replace the fan right? Wrong. The built-in fan controller uses proprietary connectors, so it literally only works with the fans that came with the case.
Summary: -The reviews on this case have so overrated this case that I am wondering if reading reviews is worth the effort. - I will NOT be using this case. To me, it is the worse case I have ever encountered. Guess I will have to sell it.
Pros: Has the four external 5.25" bays that I was looking for.
Cons: -Holes, holes, holes, everywhere. If you want only filtered air entering you computer, stay away from this monster. -Mounting of rear 120 mm fan on case indented standoffs is totally moronic. Never seen this before. Warm air will just circle from out of rear of case to back in. -Needs special rig...
Summary: At the end of last year I decided to build my first PC from selected parts. This included your case. Of all the parts I ordered to build me a new PC, your case was the most disappointing. Day one the thumb screws holding the side panel in place, the top one was cross threaded.
Summary: Update - The button to turn on the lights is 0.25 inches from the reset button....already reset the system once on accident. Isn't the reset button supposed to be near the power button? The front USB cable connection broke 30 seconds after I plugged it into the motherboard.
Summary: I was very excited about this case, specially knowing it was from Corsair, which appeared to be a serious and sound business selling good cases. Unhappily after less than a year the inner black paint started to paint my hands, cables and anything in contact with it, thus I could not get into any...
Summary: Corsair tech support forums are discussing multiple cases of the front panel wiring burning with fire. Use advanced search in Google or "site:" key and restrict your search to Corsair website, or even to Corsair forums on Corsair website.
Excerpt: I got this on sale for 120 last fall. I built a nice rig in it. I really like the cable management (corsair does great with cables) and the led light switch. The bulge on the back panel makes it easy to store cables behind.
Excerpt: This is the best case I have ever worked with, there is plenty of room for fans and other upgrades, the cable management is very well thought out. I love the powder coating and the quality is top-notch. I also put a H100 in it and it houses it very nicely.
Excerpt: This case is a lot of builders dreams, Easily upgradable has many spaces for new fans . Two Top 140mm or 120 mm , Bottom 140 or 120 mm , You can even mount 120 mm fans on the HDD cages. The amount of cooling this case has the possibilities are endless.
