Summary: CONS: The built-in fan controller is weak, but it's only meant for two fans that come with the case so I let it slide. I have my own 5-channel fan controller that I'm using. I see no HDD leds on mine, not sure why yet. 2 front USB ports that aren't recessed or angled back.

Summary: Still Running Strong, both Corsair Carbide - White and Carbide Black; both are mid-sized towers; of note I do want to stress this important information - there is not that much difference between these plus Corsair Obsidian, it is how it is designed interior that counts, one you can do more and wind...

Summary: My Review for C 500R Mid Tower from Corsair. I was very disappointed with this case overall due to multiple issues that should NOT be present in a more premium case such as this. I will break down my Pros and Cons for this case below. Cons: 1.
Summary: Doen'st work with the Corsair H105 as advertised. Works great with the Noctua cooling system once you place an extra fan in the top for drawing hot air up through the top and at least one extra Noctua on the inside hard drive cage to draw cool air in over the southbridge of the motherboard.
Pros: Great case, as long as you don't plan on cooling it with the Corsair H105. I switched to the Noctua cooler and now am very happy with the case, and have it FULLY LOADED to the max with hard drives and an overclocked i7-3770K, 4400 MHz (44 x 100) running at a cool 20'C ambient idle temp. You can m...
Cons: Don't buy this case if you plan on using it with the CORSAIR Hydro Series H105. It WON'T fit properly, and force you to mount the radiator in such a way that it doesn't make direct contact with the H105 cooling fans. Also, the H105 fans had to be mounted with the case mount between the fans and t...
Great case, but has a couple shortfalls but not a deal breaker.

Summary: Corsair has put together a very solid case with the Carbide 500R. Overall aesthetic design of this case is extremely clean and spacious inside for its size. Panels are tight fitting and no gaps when installed. The paint job inside and out is very high quality and should should up well.
Summary: Great case. Very clean install of cords and plenty of air flow. A couple things I didn't like were 1: Like someone else posted, the power supply holes don't exactly line up. I think I managed to get 3 in.

Summary: No major styling here but looks decent I guess. Very thin metal. Front panel is useless. Slide switches didnt work from the word go. I do like it for the most part but just like everything else it is hit and miss on what parts of a product will actually work or not.
