Summary: I've been building computers since I was in high school, upgrading and rebuilding every other year or so. I only used to build them for my friends and family, so I've gone through quite a few cases through the years. This case is hands down, the best case I have ever purchased. I purchased a H80i closed loop CPU cooler and was a little worried that I wouldn't have space at the top for the two fans, but that worry was completely unwarranted.
Summary: I was back and forth between this and the 400R and some other cases. At the end of the day, by the time you added enough fans to the others to match the airflow of this case, they cost just as much. I am running an i7 4770k with an EVO 212 CPU cooler and a superclocked GTX 760 video card. This case keeps everything cool, namely the cpu at a consistent 32c during heavy gaming for hours on end. One of the best parts of this case is the cable management.
Summary: This case is amazing! It's very spacious and mostly too-less, the only tool I needed was a screwdriver to mount the motherboard to the chassis. Drives and expansion cards are tool-less. Both drive bays for the internal HDDs are removable to allow for greater airflow from the front cold air intakes. It also has amazing cable managment features, plenty of rubberized openings to run your cables behind the motherboard tray to allow for a clean install and better airflow.
Summary: Great case! Good stock fans, great q qfc çcairflow and super good looks. Cable management could be better but it is better than nothing or maybe I'm just bad at it. Lighting is cool I just wish it was offered in more colors. Ok the real problem is dust filters, there are none except for the bottom. If you get this great case I really recommend going onto frozencpu.com and get there custom made dust filters for the corsair 500r. They are so good at picking up dust.
Summary: Pros: Sharp looking, received plenty of compliments. Plenty of room, easily add upgrades. The fan speeds are easily controlled by a front panel toggle (you can also toggle the fan lights on/off). Plenty of room behind the motherboard for cable management. Cons: The black piece on top of the case (access for top mounted fans) has a cheap clip. It's designed so that you can press the top black cover and it will click in place.
Summary: This is a very nice case for a first build, it offers a large amount of cable management and cooling fans. It comes with 4 fans, 2 front, 1 side, 1 rear exhaust. The only fault in this case so far, the thumb screws on the back to tighten the case doors in place are already stripped, 3 of them are already stripped. There is lots of room for everything and it is a nice sized case.
Summary: First shipment came slightly damaged (top panel had a broken clasp) but Amazon sent another one promptly and it has worked great. Above average cooling with options for top fans (120 or 140 mm) for more optimal cooling. Highly recommend this case.
Summary: I love this case. It comes with all the connections you'd expect, except I'm having trouble with the side fan. I need to get an adapter to hook it into my mobo, but everything else is there. I have a good good CPU fan and the GPU has two fans, and the airflow is great so I haven't needed the side fan. Cable management was really easy and the inside looks extremely clean and organized.
