Summary: If I see Cooler Master I think about the experience and find another comparable, unless it is SO cheap I could bear just throwing it away if it didn't work.
Pros: Looks good. Liked the handle and the ease of mounting the components.
Cons: Customer support. After the computer would run for a period of time, if you touched the case, it would shock you and the computer would do a hard reboot. After troubleshooting the problem it was determined the control panel had a short in it. I Called customer support several times. One time they...
Summary: I ordered this and I am missing a bag of screws or something because I have spent 2 hours trying to install my mobo and none of the screws have worked. This is getting very frustrating and I need the screws!!!!
Summary: Contacted COOLER MASTER to have them send me a replacement, but honestly the amount of work to swap the top panel components I might as well get a new case. Also there is a lot of bad design choices with regards to the HDD placement causing no room for the cables.
Pros: Cool design, descent airflow, handle, red lights easy to access top panel
Cons: The front panel is going to ruin your build. I have been trying to track down a short in the front panel wiring that causes the computer to freeze when plugging a USB device into the top panel. No luck yet I have used electrical tap to ensure that the USB outlets aren't grounding out on the case....
Summary: If you need a lan case from Cooler Master buy the Scout 2 as it seems to have a better power switch. I hope..... There's no reason to have this faulty PC case on the market.
Pros: Sturdy case that have excellent cooling and it's very easy to work with. Together with the V8 cooler and the MX-3 thermal paste the CPU temps are around 48c
Cons: The power button mechanism wear with use. the 1rst sign of wear is when you need to press it multiple times and don't respond. Right now the power button sank fully inside the front panel. I ruled out the possibility of a faulty motherboard because my P6T have a internal power switch and it works...
Summary: Other thoughts : Just be upfront, tell people yep... it's broken, we can't fix it and we don't plan to. Sorry. It's nicer than making them wait patiently for 2 years.
Pros: Pros - You can work around the issue by never ever using the front panel for anything but turning the PC on or off.
Cons: Cons - When you touch the front panel or plug an item in normally it freezes. It's done this since the day I got it. Sometimes it shut off instead of freeze. I wrote customer support October 2011. It's February 2013 and the 'fix' they promised me still has not come around. They never, ever offere...
Summary: I RMA'ed this case the same day i got it, it's not worth your time and money go for a Zalman Z11 plus HF1 instead Cooler master just lost another customer BTW I've been in the PC biz for over 3 years and this is sadly the worst case i have worked with in my life.
Pros: nice price, nice look, and lights but thats all you really get.
Cons: case was dented when i got it, the fans dont work, led's dont work, and the front pannel doesn't even work as well.
Summary: Dont waste your money on this garbage.. It seems that all there effort in design went to make it a clone of whats popular now, with no efficiency in any way.
Pros: Not too many..
Cons: This case is horrible design. No Cable Management, Tightly pact. I spent 2.5 hours trying to get my rig in this. The hard drives are susposed to go in backwards, so the cable management is behind the rear side. The Hard drive bays are right in the way of my SATA plugs. The Motherboard backing pla...
