High quality mATX case at a great price

Glenn C., Newegg
24 December 2013
  • Summary: Still, with a modular PSU trying my best at cable management, it was still a tight fit to cram the wires on the right side of the case and smush them against the side panel.
  • Pros: After an upgrade to my main PC, I was looking into a nice mATX case to house my old Core i3 internals. The all black theme is nice - black exterior, black interior, black screws, black cabling, black fans, & black cable ties. The Cooler Master 212+ HSF fits fine. By default the fans have the 3 pin to molex connectors attached; they can be removed and connected directly to the motherboard's fan headers. The case speaker was an unexpected bonus; it saved me the trouble ...
  • Cons: Cabling was messy with a non-modular power supply and had to bunch up and cram the extra power connectors under the HDD cage as it was tight fit on the right side. I have since gotten a modular PSU and wiring is much neater.

User Review

Derrick W., Newegg
3 December 2013
  • Summary: Not worth knocking off an egg, as I'm pretty sure that this is a somewhat unique problem with this specific case/GPU combo, but it's worth mentioning.
  • Pros: Small size, excellent airflow, understated. White power LED is elegant. Easily fit a large GPU, with room to upgrade to a large CPU HSF in the future. Removable drive cages and decent cable management options.
  • Cons: The rolled bezel of the top PCI slot interferes with the HDMI port of my MSI 270X GPU. The cable baaarrrrely makes a connection - I'll probably have to take a dremel to it at some point. I eventually found a sweet spot between wiggling the card in its slot and angling the cable - not an ideal solution, but it works.

Amazing

Kevin C., Newegg

  • Pros: This is the new standard for microATX cases. I have built using microATX cases plenty of times and each time I wished they were a couple inches bigger in either direction, especially when it came to mounting mech hdd's..
  • Cons: No beer! Say whaaaaat?

A GREAT OVERALL CASE!!!

Anonymous, Newegg
15 September 2013
  • Pros: *it has many 2.5" HDD/SSD mounting options, including 2 on the motherboard tray, 1 on the underside of the removable floppy cage, and 1 on top of the removable HDD cage.
  • Cons: none. what. so. ever. it's not a flashy-dashy case but for my build it really fits the bill.

Very nice case. The Voices are pleased.

  • Summary: Another nitpick: the front panel has only one USB 3.0 connector; two would've been nice, since the motherboard's socket provides a pinout for two USB 3.0 ports.
  • Pros: The construction is very good, this isn't one of those flimsy-feeling cases. Even the side panels have surprising stiffness. The motherboard tray is ported out so you can access both sides of your CPU/heatsink area with the side panels removed.
  • Cons: The HDD rack maxes out at two HDDs, and it's held in place with six screws, four of which you must unscrew from the underside of the case.

  • Pros: Ok so i've literally been looking for ages for a good, not absolute garbage mini case. All, all, all I could find was absolute garbage or a medium quality case with super inferior build up. Finally someone (coolermaster) said....Ya know what guys. we can make a not complete garbage mini case, with its dual 120 front one on the side and one up top and in back, this is a high airflow gaming case in a dang small platform. twin front fans keep the insides cool the side mo...

Very nice case

  • Pros: Just got the case in and I have to say it's very nice. I love the mesh look that the front has. I didn't run into any problems with installing any of my current components. The case is a decent size ( height wise ) if you're looking for a new budget friendly case, I'd go with this one.
  • Cons: None so far

Cooler Master N200
