Summary: I was very disappointed, because this port very important for me.
Pros: Big tower, may be not much, but my cpu fan "TRUE Spirit 140 Power" climbed in desktop. Good quality of metal. Nice view. It is really very good full tower for this money. But...
Cons: But when I installed all components inside tower i found problem with one connector. It need for connecting IEEE 1394 port from desktop to motherboard. It has other, not correct pins. So it can not install in motherboard, imposible, becouse empty pin on the cable (1394 port) from desktop located ...
Summary: Their California Service Center seems broken. No one is at the helm steering the ship. Heads need to roll.
Pros: I have yet to finish the build with this case so I am not in a position to comment on performance. When I received the case it was missing the fitting kit (screws, studs, etc). I was asked to register the case online before I could submit an RMA with Cooler Master. I did so and then submitted an ...
Summary: Read very carefully and then don't believe everything you read. Techs barely speak English. They make you wait too long, then have to ask someone else how to answer questions, or leave you waiting and hang-up. Terrible!
Pros: No internal connector for the 1394 plug on the front of the case. The 1394 cable is just left dangling. No separate internal USB 3.0 connector for the two USB 3.0 connectors on the front of the case so the USB 3.0 cable from the case just dangles in the air around the ASUS SABERTOOTH X79 MOTHERBO...
Cons: NO internal USB 3.0 cable from case on ASUS X79 motherboard. No separate USB 3.0 internal connector on ASUS X9-Motherboard, even though one is shown on diagram of ASUS X79-diagram in User Guide. No offer to RMA.
