Good for the hard of hearing

Marc B., Newegg

  • Summary: Still like CM and will look to their name again. Not every company hits the mark with every product. This is a miss IMO. 2 stars off for the PSU and 1 off for the front panel/optical drive/PSU design. BTW - generally the PSUs that come with cases are not as high quality as standalone units.
  • Pros: Mid-level quality on steel and overall construction materials. Footprint is OK. Roomy and easy* to work with components during build. CM badge rotates to accommodate how you position it.

  • Pros: Cheap price, tool-less HD mounting, and as far as most Mini Towers go, not to bad looking. Also SURPRISE! One free power supply that wasn't mentioned in the specs! Although it wasn't necessarily powerful at 350W, it was only slightly less so than the one I originally bought for this build. Althou...
  • Cons: Well, after a month of replacing some bad parts (my first "cheap" computer build), the poor thing just couldn't get itself to work. For starters, the screws holding the disk drive in had somehow fallen loose from their holdings, providing a very terrifying moment when the drive slipped out and fe...
