Summary: I ordered about £300 of computer parts to build a christmas present for my brother. It took from the 13th to the 23rd to get delivered. They arrived poorly packaged and damaged. Perhaps the major fault for damage is city link but the packaging of the goods was very poor. The good were faulty and returned after christmas but I still haven't got a refund after over 1 month of waiting, they confirmed they were faulty early January too.

Summary: I ordered £543.90 worth of computer parts from Aria on the 29th of December. I was assured that the items would be with me the very next day, so when they hadn't arrived by the 4/1/11 I rang them up and canceled my order, to which I was told "Dear Mr ******** I would like to apologise for the issues you have had with your order. Further to our telephone conversation I am confirming that we have now requested for the goods to be returned back to ourselves.
Cons: Appalling refunds system, once they've got your money, they're laughing all the way to the bank

Summary: Simply avoid them like the plauge, despite previuos reviews saying they where bad, i decided to order a new system off them, i paid for next day delivery and it did not turn up next day, it took a whole 2 weeks to turn up! After a few calls to aria who said "its left our hand's, it now citylinks problem" i got no where, so i decided to call city-link.. that was imposible, couldnt get through on any number whatso ever!. i even tried emailing themto no avai!..

The idea is that you order online so that you can quickly collect your goods from their store without waiting in line (for up to an hour) while they stock pick your order. Pros: The showroom has some nice wooden flooring.
Cons: Aria's promises of quick ordering and dedicated customer service are false.

Summary: We bought all the parts to build a PC from this lot in August. Windows would not load when it was put together; we emailed them for some support and got nothing. Eventually we decided after no answer from them at all to return the motherboard. A month later still no answer despite countless emails to chase. We call their premium rate line, they say no fault, and we agreed to send everything back as obviously something is faulty.
Summary: DO NOT TRUST ARIA!! After some small purchases i was happy with i decided to purchase a tv from aria the price and reviews were all good and as before delivered on time. 1 month later my "new" dell lcd tv from aria developed a warranty fault when i called dell they said it wasn't covered because aria purchased it in a job lot of second hand goods as seen.

Summary: Before you shop at Aria I would advise you read their returns policy very carefully - there's a wapping 25% charge on any refund they don't consider to be due to faulty goods. I would also advise a visit to the technical/returns desk which is hidden away from the shop floor. Apart from the long wait, you get will get to witness first hand how 'helpful' Aria staff are when it comes to changing any item.
Summary: Bought a monitor from aria, this was faulty. Asked for another one this was also faulty. We then asked for a refund after losing confidence with this company. We emailed and phoned them but had no reply from them for months.We wrote to them to say we were taking them to court and still no reply. In the end we took them to court and won this company has now got county court judgements agaisnt them. do not use this company.
Summary: The prices are cheap but you certainly get what you pay for. I purchased an item which was defective and was refused a replacement with no reason given. When I requested a reason no reply was received. Customer service department of this company are like worms when something goes wrong, they try to wriggle out of their responsibility in any way they can.
Cons: Very bad communications, dreadful after sales service.
