Summary: This case is the best I've ever had. start with those Top Handles, makes Moving the Tower so much easier! The Design is Open, 8 Fan Ports! WOW!! Plenty of Room inside as well. The Case itself is all black, both inside & outside. What I like best is the Cut-out for the Mother's board CPU, You can Change the COOLERS without Removing the entire board. As I Stated this Case is Loved by both man & Beast!
Cons: the outtake fan they gave you is very weak and I have yet to replace it but I did had some blue led lights to the top but you can't connect it to the powerled off switch thing cause it only handles 2 fans.
Summary: If I were to design a case specifically for my needs, this would have been the outcome. Has a handle but once it is fully decked with gaming peripherals it is nothing that anyone would want to tote around. It just looks great!! Plenty of room for fans or a liquid cooler. Probably my next purchase.
Summary: -The most glaring example of CM skimping out is the LACK OF FANS. The original Coolermaster Storm Scout 1 came with THREE FANS: 1 rear 120mm LED fan, 1 front 140MM LED fan, and 1 top 140mm fan. The Coolermaster Storm Scout 2 however, came with ONLY 1 rear 120mm LED fan. I think for $100 it should have come with the very least, ONE MORE FAN. It doesn't seem right that a newer version of a product comes with less features.
Pros: I had the previous model, CM STORM SCOUT 1. It was a very popular case but had some very glaring problems. I can tell CM paid attention to the complaints for the SC1 and consciously addressed them in the the CM STORM SCOUT 2.
Cons: Overall I this case was a big improvement over the SS1 however it is not without its flaws. Ergo, I took off one egg. The main issue was that it was very evident that Coolermaster skimped out on a few areas with materials and esign in order to fit the original Coolermaster Storm Scout 1's $100 price envelope.
Amazing for the price tag when compared to the competitors!!!

Summary: - The case LED control switch is limited to only 2 fans and only 1 proprietary LED controllable fan is included. I wish they would have included another fan as you cannot purchase these fans anywhere except the CM Store. As opposed to my Cougar fans they hardly move any air but the lights are cool.
Pros: - Low price after MIR and discount making it 79 ath the time of purchase. Cheap considering it just came out.
Cons: - Case power led and HDD led are combined into 1 LED and it does not completely fill the light pipe. (this is me nitpicking). Also it is attached to the control panel by a melting method that fuses the case with the light pipe. (See other thoughts 1)
Pros: Where to start...I was a little worried about this case being small and not having enough room for my hardware fitting inside but im SO glad i was wrong and pleasantly surprised...More than enough room and everything fits perfectly...Case management is also a plus...tucked away nicely.. My son got the HAF XM...which is a very nice case on its own...but wants a Scout 2 now...
Cons: not having more than one ssd tray...and one fan...CM..come on man....
