Summary: Unbeatable quality and value at this price point. Very rugged, all-metal, and well-designed. Lots of attention to detail that other higher-priced cases lack. The front faceplate and removable drive bay covers are metal - no cheap plastic feeling anywhere. Impressive fit and finish. This case should last forever! Will definitely buy this one again for the next build. Very highly recommended!
Summary: This is a wonderful case. Unlike some cases that use a tool-free installation and thus don't work well with certain 5.25 accessories, this case provides standard screw installations and sufficient room inside. In addition, the front fan cage can be replaced with another cage providing three extra 5.25 bays and one extra 3.5 bay. The case includes a card holder that can be used to hold expansion cards down. The card holder can be removed if desired.
Summary: This is my first server case (have always bought tower cases). I wanted something more physically rugged and cool looking. I'm very pleased with this case! I bought an extra 5.25" cage and will be swapping out the 120mm fan for it. I was going to buy an iStarUSA server case but this one is so much better.
Pros: Solid construction Very Modular Room for lots of goodies! Looks cool! Slim optical drive mounting!
Cons: Front power LED is obnoxiously bright (I just disabled it) Some people have commented that the switches are cheap, they work fine for me I will not be swapping them out. Front panel audio and/or front panel USB 3.0 would be nice.
Summary: This case is amazing. Plenty of room in it the fan that comes with it isn't overly quiet, but a 4U rack mount case means you likely aren't looking for a silent machine. The blue LED on the front is very bright, but again, for a rack mounted server that doesn't matter. I'll be using this for all my future rack mount builds without question. Plenty of screws and standoffs were included as well. I highly recommend this case.
Summary: Based on the other reviews on this, I wasn't expecting a bad case, but I didn't think it'd be this nice. It's made of very thick sheet metal, and there are pretty much no sharp edges to be found. The weight alone stunned me when I took it out of the box. It's quite heavy, and the handles are a very nice feature, especially when the chassis is full of components.
Summary: I finally got around to freeing up some desk space in my amateur radio station by transferring my PC from its desktop case to this server chassis which is, or course, rack mounted. I found this case to be of good quality. Everything mounted into it effortlessly. The front fan is a bit loud, but hey it's a server chassis! The air filter does stop most of the dust except for some very, very fine stuff.
Summary: Bought 1 of these on a trial basis to house a workstation that will eventually hold multiple GPUs and drives. We were so impressed with the first one that we came back and bought more. It's on par with or better than the Dell PowerEdge cases we have and exceeds the quality of the Norco and SuperMicro cases we've tried in the past. Frankly, they have been a joy to work with. Solid metal with no sharp edges.
