  • Summary: I'm using a Hyper 212 cooler for my CPU, and that completely blocks off the side case fan. Not worth knocking an egg off because it's my configuration. Also, the case isn't light, which isn't a huge deal since I don't plan on moving it often.
  • Pros: -Great overall cooling. -Air filters on the front intake fans -Adjustable speed on front fans -Very quiet
  • Cons: You have to take off both side panels to clean the forward air filters. Just a minor inconvenience. Also, the fan on top is hard to clean without disassembling too many parts.

  • Pros: This case was well worth the price and it so far has been performing excellent. The blue LED fans are beautiful.
  • Cons: The only thing is the fans didn't come with the 3 Pin Fan/4 Pin power adapter.

great cooling system!

Jasmine W., Newegg
13 January 2013
  • Pros: i am a heavy gamer so my computer is always being pushed to the edge. i always had heating issues where the case would not allow for enough airflow to keep cool so it ran really hot which made it quite loud. however with this case and the extreme airflow capabilities my system is now really quiet...
  • Cons: when i first saw this on newegg i thought it was about the size of my current case at the time but i was mistaken. luckily my desk has just enough room for the case to sit. other than being quite large, this case definitely earned my 5 star rating

Great Case

James G., Newegg
9 January 2013
  • Summary: Though it's no fault of the designers, this case has served me well and when I rebuild, I'll simply clean it up and put new components in it. The ports for external SATA are especially helpful and worth hanging onto.
  • Pros: Excellent airflow, can be a bit loud with all fans running, but that belongs in the con area. Otherwise, it looks cool, runs cool, and has an excellent color scheme.
  • Cons: A lot of fans can be a bit loud, but the cooling factor outweighs the annoyance, if any. Has a tendency to suck in a lot of dust and debris.

User Review

Paul W., Newegg

  • Summary: I would like to see a rail to connect more fans. The case comes stock with 4 fans, 1-200mm, and 3-120mm fans. Case has room for an additional 2-120mm fans. That is six fans total, plus you will need a connector for the CPU heat sink fan.
  • Pros: - Very well built and sturdy computer case - Comes with 3 front USB 3.0 connectors, instead to the advertised 1 3.0 and 2 2.0 USB connectors on the front of computer case face. -All the internal components fit precise, and lined up well with pre driled mount holes. -Packaged well, no damage from ...
  • Cons: - One of the stock fans does not work. NewEgg will RMA the whole case, but stated that I must contact Antec if I want to just swap out a single fan. U'gh, I hate contacting these manufactors, because they leave you on hold for +20 minutes usually!

Everything is great.

Heath G., Newegg
19 December 2012
  • Summary: From reading reviews, I've heard that there is actually 3 USB 3.0 slots and after today I found that this was FALSE. The description above is correct, There are two USB 2.0's and one USB 3.0 that connects to the USB slots on the back of your motherboard.
  • Pros: I just received this today, hooked everything up and everything is running fine. LED's are bright and everything looks nice. I was worried about space, I have a micro motherboard, so everything is really compact. I have a huge Nivida 560 GTX ti and it was a tight fit, but it went in with ease. Th...
  • Cons: Only thing I dislike about the case is that to put in a hard drive you have to take off both sides and pull the slot out the front. A neat design, but it's kind of unreasonable to have to take both sides of the computer off to put in a hard drive. I didn't think it was enough to take off an egg, ...
