does not have adapter

richard r., Newegg
29 November 2014
  • Summary: This was a good manufacturer but now they cheap out for a $3 part.
  • Pros: good construction.
  • Cons: fan adapters are missing(not included). 2 fans connect to the mother board and 2 require $3 adapters. The case also has some poor design issues. It says SSD compatible, but it's mounted at the bottom of the case.

Antec's support is worthless

Kyle T., Newegg
11 November 2012
  • Summary: I normally don't bash an item because of a manufacturer, but Antec's complete lack of care about the PCB board of one of their products failing has convinced me that they are not a company worth supporting.
  • Pros: Solid design. Good price.
  • Cons: Antec support is the laziest bunch of workers. I've submitted multiple support tickets for a replacement part and waited 3 months. My latest response was something along the lines of "if you wait 3-5 weeks we may or may not have a part for you".

  • Summary: Once again yet another mini-ITX compliant HTPC case incorrectly listed as micro ATX. This case will NOT accept a micro ATX mainboard.
